Se chiami Tim non rispondono o ti mettono in attesa per lunghi minuti senza poi avere risposte soddisfacenti.
In negozio almeno hai qualcuno che cerca di risponderti...

If you call Tim they don't answer or they put you on hold for long minutes without getting satisfactory answers.
In the shop at least you have someone trying to answer you ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo punto TIM è aperto da molti anni e a Bergamo centro credo sia rimasto l'unico aperto ad oggi (quello in via san Orsola è chiuso definitivamente), quindi i clienti cittadini TIM si rivolgono qui con possibili attese non sono sempre sopportabili.
Il ragazzo è preparato data l'esperienza di anni, ma il suo ego e quel modo di fare "so tutto io" lo rendono abbastanza indisponente
This TIM point has been open for many years and I believe it is the only one open to date in central Bergamo (the one in via san Orsola is permanently closed), so TIM city customers come here with possible expectations that are not always bearable.
The boy is prepared given the experience of years, but his ego and that "I know everything" way of doing it makes him quite annoying
