Io sono particolarmente in difficoltà con tutto ciò che è hi tech ma Giancarlo sempre col sorriso mi ha scaricato un app e ha impostato tutto ciò che serviva per predisporre il telefono alla sostituzione della batteria. Si è anche offerto di mettermi la sim è n un altro cellulare. La nuova batteria funziona benissimo! Grazie otttimo servizio
Congratulations to the staff who, in addition to being competent, are very courteous and patient. I am particularly in difficulty with everything that is hi tech but Giancarlo always with a smile downloaded an app for me and set up everything that was needed to prepare the phone for battery replacement. He also offered to put my sim and another cell phone on. The new battery works great! Thanks excellent service
