Scegliete meglio il vostro staff magari con più voglia di stare dietro al cliente ? Ho testato anche l'assistenza via wapp e mi hanno risolto il problema in 5 minuti. Davvero bravi, competenti e sempre con il sorriso (che non guasta mai). Grazie! I happened to go to the store for the same problem twice within a few days and although it was not a problem attributable to Fastweb but on my phone the store team was really kind in helping me find the solution. I also tested the support via wapp and they solved the problem in 5 minutes. Really good, competent and always with a smile (which never hurts). Thank you!

Anche su contatto WhatsApp mi hanno prestato assistenza e ho risolto in pochi secondi i miei dubbi. Davvero bravi e sorridenti! Al giorno d'oggi non è scontato. Clean, welcoming and fragrant shop. Polite, kind and super helpful guys even though there were several people waiting. They also assisted me on WhatsApp contact and I solved my doubts in a few seconds. Really good and smiling!
