Mi hanno detto che in 10 giorni me lo avrebbero sistemato, passa un mese e chiamo e chiedo di darmi il mio dispositivo, me lo ridanno con tutto lo schermo rotto e con il touch screen non funzionante. Bad experience, I bring an iPad with only problems on the display, no cracks on the glass. They told me that in 10 days they would have fixed it for me, a month passes and I call and ask to give me my device, they give it back to me with the whole screen broken and the touch screen not working.

Persino difficile comunicare. Nessuna previsione di consegna (non permettetevi di chiederglielo!!! Rispondono maleducatamente, come se si trattasse di una domanda offensiva e fuori luogo e come se la risposta non competesse a loro... robe da matti, fuori dal mondo) né spiegazioni sulla riparazione... Il cliente deve solo pagare e aspettare i loro comodi. Facile così! Dopo 4 mesi ed essermi recato presso il loro punto vendita ben 7 volte sono stato costretto a gettare la spugna: il cellulare presenta sempre lo stesso guasto. Quindi NON RIPARATO. Peccato che la riparazione l’ho pagata subito e con soldi buoni... E alla mia richiesta di restituzione dell’importo pagato non hanno naturalmente dato seguito. Inspiegabile come possano restare sul mercato, così come lasciano perplessi le recensioni così positive da far pensare... MEDITATE GENTE, MEDITATE. MA SOPRATTUTTO NON FATEVI MALTRATTARE COME È SUCCESSO A ME. RIVOLGETEVI ALTROVE. TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE !!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE !!! Arrogance, rudeness, incompetence, total inability to relate to the customer. Very strange people ... Even difficult to communicate. No delivery predictions (don't allow yourself to ask them !!! They answer rudely, as if it were an offensive and misplaced question and as if the answer were not theirs ... crazy stuff, out of this world) nor explanations on the repair ... Hanno trattenuto per una richiesta di garanzia 15 giorni il telefono per poi comunicarmi che era pronto senza specificare che era solo tornato dal tecnico senza essere stato riparato. Alchè mi reco da loro constatando la cosa e chiedendo se a pagamento me lo avessero potuto riparare, ma precisando anche la mia premura di riavere il telefono. Ho atteso ancora circa 15 giorni senza avere risposta. La cosa che mi è scocciata maggiormente è che solo dopo che in entrambi i casi ho chiamato per avere informazioni sul mio prodotto mi è arrivato dopo 10 minuti il messaggio che il telefono era pronto. Ok una volta può essere stato un caso ma due su due mi puzza e mi sa di presa in giro per stremare il cliente. Morale della favola telefono ritirato dopo 1 mese non riparato perchè il preventivo era eccessivo per il valore del telefono. Ho portato in negozio il PC perché verificassero più nel dettaglio le componenti da sostituire e dopo averlo analizzato mi viene chiesto di attendere per permettere al tecnico di cercare i componenti presso i loro fornitori. Mi viene presentato il preventivo, a mio parere molto caro, motivato dal fatto che il danno comportasse la sostituzione totale della scocca (a detta del tecnico, cambiandola tutta potevo quindi cambiarne anche il colore). Cerco per sicurezza il prezzo della scocca su internet constatando che è coerente con il preventivo. Pago la caparra (alla quale a quanto pare non può venir rilasciato lo scontino che verrà fornito solo a lavoro finito) e, dopo una settimana, come pattuito, vengo contattato per riportare loro il PC in quanto i componenti sono arrivati in negozio. Il tempo per la riparazione corrisponde a quelli previsti (una mezza giornata) ma tornato in negozio mi ritrovo una brutta sorpresa: come temevo all'inizio, non è stata cambiata tutta la scocca ma solo una parte, mantenendo invariato il costo complessivo, che mi viene fatto pagare con uno scontrino che non comprende la caparra. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo negozio a chi non vuole provare l'esperienza di essere truffato. I approached them for repairing an ASUS laptop. Accetto, aspetto 15 giorni l'arrivo del pezzo di ricambio. Dopo 2 ore di attesa mi riconsegnano il telefono con aloni visibili che immediatamente giustificano sostenendo che la pellicola di protezione è stata applicata a caldo e dopo 4 ore sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Ho voluto crederci. Naturalmente la mattina dopo era ancora tutto così. Tornata al negozio, ho scoperto che l'infiltrazione era sotto il vetro e il lavoro era tutto da rifare. Nuova attesa di 2 settimane per il ricambio in più sono stata aggredita verbalmente da un commesso arrogante e poco professionale. Nessuna scusa per tutto questo. m	massimo lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato il telefono che rimaneva fermo sull'icona android e non si accendeva.Dopo 2 giorni mi comunicano via SMS che il telefono è RIPARABiLE ed il preventivo è 65 euro.Per oltre una settimana non li sento più..Chiamo io per avere notizie,e dall'altra parte comincio a sentire parole ondivaghe ed imbarazzo."Stiamo aspettando la EEPROM...ci devono inviare il.pezzo di ricambio".Al che ho cominciato ad insospettirmi.Dopo una settimana li richiamo e mi viene detto che stanno ancora aspettando che li mandino la CPU....Morale ieri mi mandano SMS che il telefono non è RIPARABILE,e di venire a ritirarlo.Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi dicono che la CPU da sola non è ordinabile e che deve essere cambiata tutta la scheda madre che costa come il telefono.Per fortuna il giorno prima avevo acquistato un nuovo telefono,ma come minimo mi sento preso per i fondelli.Se potessi darei zero stelle Ampiamente sconsigliato rivolgersi a questo negozio.
