★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio Htc a fine luglio per un problema verificatosi dopo una cattiva sostituzione dello schermo.
Dopo un preventivo di 180 € più iva ho dato l'ok alla riparazione.
Ritiro quindi il mio telefono ad inizio settembre (un mese e mezzo di attesa per i componenti) e pago la cifra richiesta.
Dopo due settimane il touch si blocca e lo riporto ancora da loro.
Mi viene riconsegnato non più funzionante a novembre e mi viene rimborsata solo la cifra pagata in precedenza sostenendo che "non sia più riparabile" (ora lo schermo non si accende nemmeno) .
Tre mesi di attesa per un nulla di fatto....
 I brought my Htc in late July for a problem that occurred after a bad screen replacement.
After a estimate of € 180 plus VAT I gave the ok to repair.
I then pick up my phone at the beginning of September (a month and a half of waiting for the members) and pay the requested amount.
After two weeks the touch freezes and I bring it back to them again.
It is no longer returned to me in November and I am only reimbursed the amount paid previously claiming that "it is no longer repairable" (now the screen does not even turn on).
Three months of waiting for nothing ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impeccabile. Ho portato il telefono il sabato mattina e non mi hanno ritirato il telefono. Mi hanno richiamato quando era disponibile il pezzo di ricambio (arrivato in 5 giorni) e una volta portato il telefono in 50 minuti è stato aggiustato. Velocissimi, gentili e un ottimo servizio.
Impeccable service. I brought the phone on Saturday morning and they didn't pick up the phone. They called me back when the spare part was available (arrived in 5 days) and once I brought the phone in 50 minutes it was fixed. Fast, kind and great service.

Ho lasciato il mio telefono (Huawei) in riparazione e, dopo due mesi, ancora non sapevano dirmi che tipo di problema ci fosse nonostante mi ripetessero, ogni volta che chiamavo, che stavano aspettando la consegna di un pezzo di ricambio.
Ho dovuto contattare l'assistenza Huawei per far arrivar loro un sollecito e, nemmeno a farlo apposta, in due giorni mi hanno restituito il telefono.
Mai più da loro.
Ah, la ragazza che sta alla cassa e risponde al telefono dovrebbe imparare a essere più gentile e a sorridere di fronte al cliente.
Unreliable and rude.
I left my phone (Huawei) for repair and, after two months, still did not know you tell me what kind of problem there was a repetition spite me, every time I called, they were waiting for the delivery of a spare part.
I had to contact the Huawei assistance to arrivar them a reminder and, even if on purpose, in two days I have returned the phone.
No more from them.
Ah, the girl who is the cashier and answers the phone should learn to be more kind and smiling in front of the customer.

In tempi brevi hanno svolto le pratiche necessarie per poter avere il pezzo in sostituzione dalla casa madre arrivato dopo soli 3 gg. Telefono riparato in meno di 1 ora. Massima affidabilità e competenza, tutti molto gentili e professionali. Consigliato.
Took my Huawei p 10 plus for repair as the rear camera was not working. In a short time they carried out the necessary procedures to be able to have the replacement part from the parent company arrived after only 3 days. Phone repaired in less than 1 hour. Maximum reliability and competence, all very kind and professional. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa settimana, ho chiesto di riparare il mio xiaomi cui era diminuito il livello sonoro dell' audio telefonico. La risposta è stat che dovevo lasciare il telefono per qualche giorno ed il costo della riparazione sarebbe stata di 35 euro + iva. Sabato pomeriggio, per curiosita ho fatto la stessa richiesta in un negozio cinese in via Borgo Palazzo alle Canarie. Il cinese dimostrando intuizione e professionalità, ha immediatamente preventivato cinque euro di costo ed in 5 minuti ha ripristinato il mio telefono. Non è necessario aggiungere altro.
Last week, I asked to repair my xiaomi which had decreased the sound level of the telephone audio. The answer was that I had to leave the phone for a few days and the repair cost would have been 35 euros + VAT. Saturday afternoon, out of curiosity, I made the same request in a Chinese shop in via Borgo Palazzo alle Canarie. The Chinese, showing intuition and professionalism, immediately budgeted five euros in cost and in 5 minutes restored my phone. You don't need to add anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazioni buone e tempi medio veloci, magari l'unica cosa a sfavore sono i prezzi abbastanza alti. Meglio chiedere un preventivo prima di lasciare a riparare le cose.
Good repairs and medium-fast times, maybe the only thing against is the fairly high prices. Better ask for a quote before you leave things to fix.
