★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The layout of the restaurant makes it hard to get timely service. Only two people were working the counter and there were so many people crowding the counter. We got a table that was not cleared, and ordered some food. The croissants had little filling, the cappuccino was not very good.. and we left soon enough. They have lots of interesting savory and sweet options but very few were marked with a price and the folks behind the counter seemed to have no interest to offer it to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the food was very good, when we tried to visit for the second time, the waitress was mean and told us that it was already closed (it was 3pm...), we don't speak italian and she didn't bother to inform us in english what her problem really was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, service very rude. I was treated very badly because I wanted to use the translator on my smartphone. She wouldn't let me do this. When I asked for the dish names to be translated, the lady couldn't do it because she didn't speak English. Very unpleasant morning experience. Such places should not exist.
