Il personale invece è altalenante: si passa da grande cortesia e professionalità a totale inadeguatezza a seconda di chi è in turno. A volte gentilissimi, altre ti fan pentire di essere entrato.

Nel bel mezzo del servizio con gente in coda alla cassa se ne va perché ‘ha finito’ senza finire di servire la coda tra cui anche me lasciando la cassa scoperta.
Vi consiglierei di rivedere il personale perché un luogo dove la gente cerca rigenerazione e prodotti di bellezza per dedicarsi un momento merita un personale all’altezza del marchio e che ne trasmetta la filosofia.
Non comprerò più da voi e sconsiglierò questo negozio in particolare a tutti i miei clienti oltre che a chiunque io conosca.
