Not the typical Italian restaurant at all! I am really enthusiastic about this amazing place!!!! Finally, Costantino and his wife (who is a really talented Chef) are really impressive!!!! My favorite place in Lucca!!!

Quite restaurant with jazz playing in the background, impeccable service, and flavorful unique dishes that are one of a kind. If you don't eat here when in Lucca, then you missed one of the best parts!

Well, it is a fusion restaurant and I liked my secondi of monk fish but the rest was disappointing. We enjoy simple well cooked Italian food with good ingredients. The bill was twice of our usual meal. Interesting but will not be going back.
E	Emily Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was disappointing. The food was not good. We ordered the cod and left more than half of it on the plate because it was over cooked and rubbery. When our server came to our table to ask how everything was, we told him the cod was over cooked and we were done with it but we enjoyed the pasta. He said “That is just the texture, have you ever had cod before?” To answer, yes we’ve had cod a number of times around the world and at home. We told him “Yes, we’ve had it many times but this was very over cooked.” He quickly took the plate away and apologized, but when he brought the bill the order of cod was still on there. We’re fine to pay it, but it’s the principle of it that rubbed us the wrong way. If a customer doesn’t like a dish because it’s over cooked, remove it from their bill or provide them with something else. It’s hospitality 101. ***Adding to my review based on the owners reply: My boyfriend who dined with me is a chef. So "acting like a chef" is totally appropriate and the cod was overcooked. Please be professional and learn how to take feedback.

Excellent list of wines and knowledgeable in advices. Toilets very clean .. availabke to challenged people (pictures) Jazz live on Thursdays. Please mind to express your appreciation to the jazz player and say bye when you leave .. We will be back for sure!
J	Jason Rini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really neat restaurant. All the food was fantastic . As you can see in the pictures the presentation is impeccable, but the food is really good too! The bread is homemade, the pasta is homemade, and the service is great. There is none of the pretence that you typically find at places where the food is also a work of art. Every dish is delivered to the table personally and explained in your language. It's clear that the chef has taken time to pick good flavours that match and mix well together. Refer to the menu picture for the details, but to summarise, we enjoyed the rice paper appetizer, the Korean red rice, the pink rabbit ravioli, and for dessert the fantastic chocolate souffle with yellow habanero powder. It was a great sweet spicy mix. Considering the food quality and level of service, the prices are very reasonable. You can pay the same amount for generic Italian food at some of the touristy places in town, and the experience would not be comparable at all. For a fun culinary adventure, this place cannot be beat. Also, really enjoyed the Sunday night jazz. It was great background music and added to the atmosphere.
