J	Jude Tok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, nice staffs and honest staffs. Lost my ipad there and realised only 2 days later. Email them and they said they found it. Located in a quiet part of Venice which is actually nicer with a number of eateries (frequent by locals) nearby.
P	P Flacky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel they do a good breakfast with fruit cereal and scrambled egg and local bacon all very nice. Just no bar. Rooms very nice and very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff.

A little expensive for what it was but understandable considering it’s Venice. Good range of choice for breakfast. The room had a nice courtyard view, with a comfortable bed. Clean and with all the necessary amenities.
M	Mark Firth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weekend stay was ruined by an unprofessional member of staff. I had paid my bill the night before as we had an early start. The bill was small as I had already paid for the room. 45 euros. I approached the desk and gave my key. He asked if I had used the mini bar. I told him no. He said I owed €9 for 2 drinks. I explained I had paid in full the day before. He insisted that's what the computer said. I asked him if he wanted me to go back to the room and go down the bin for the receipt as proof. He said yes! I brought the receipt back. Annoyed I was wasting time for our boat transfer. He looked at the receipt and then started typing. I told him I was in a hurry. He told me he would have to contact a colleague. That's when I told him to do what he wanted but we're leaving. I wasn't going to miss my plane over the hotels mistake.
P	Paul Fla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very.nice hotel. Nice room very comfortable bed. Breakfast you can get ya scrambled egg and there bacon which is fine cereal fruit toast. Would have been nice if they had a bar.

Don't be discouraged by its location (it has its upsides too). Maybe a thicker separation wall might be of good use. Willingness to help and kindness of Eric (and the rest at the front desk) were also remarkable. Don't think twice, it's alright. Way better than alright. Will definitely return.

Reception staff very knowledgable about places to eat and how to get to attractions. The area is quite do you can get a great night's sleep. Beds even sofa bed very comfy. It's just a little but of a walk, but a pleasant one from San Marco. Would highly recommend to stay here.
A	Afraz Neikar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Stay, it was huge room with attic for our family of 5 .. Kids were excited to see their beds in attic, windows open to canal views.. It was away from hustle and bustle from center, but it was bit of walk (25-30 minutes) to St Mark Square.. we were ok with walk as we came back to this peaceful place.. lots of restaurants closely .. Train Station is only 10 minutes walk from hotel. Overall great experience
