Immerso nel verde e con ampi spazi all aperto, affaccia sulla spiaggia delle acque calde a pochi minuti di distanza dal centro e dal porto. Abbiamo preso una yunior suite e nostra figlia aveva la sua stanza e bagno personali. Il personale è molto attento a qualsiasi esigenza e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Il cibo ottimo e la colazione superlativa con dolci fatti in casa e sempre diversi. Piscina con idromassaggio che riproduce i soffioni di Vulcano. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Molto accogliente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente! This hotel has exceeded my expectations, very nice, clean and with attention to the smallest details. Surrounded by greenery and with wide open spaces, it overlooks the warm water beach just a few minutes away from the center and the port. We got a yunior suite and our daughter had her own room and bathroom. The staff is very attentive to any need and always with a smile on their faces. The excellent food and the superb breakfast with homemade and always different desserts. Swimming pool with hydromassage that reproduces the shower heads of Vulcano. Excellent value for money. Very welcoming, we will definitely be back!
F	Federica Annibaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione invidiabile e perfetta in tutti sensi. Accesso alla spiaggia dall'hotel, altra spiaggia a 2 minuti. Centro e porto a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutto comodo. L'hotel è molto bello e raffinato, curato e il personale e davvero molto disponibile e cordiale. Colazione molto abbondante e varia. Insomma non potevamo chiedere di più per il nostro viaggio di nozze. Torneremo sicuramente. Enviable and perfect position in all senses. Access to the beach from the hotel, another beach 2 minutes away. Center and port 5 minutes on foot. All comfortable. The hotel is very nice and refined, cared for and the staff are really very helpful and friendly. Very abundant and varied breakfast. In short, we could not ask for more for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back.
C	CLAUDIO PORTALUPPI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete tranquillità e nello stesso tempo essere comodi per le spiagge e il centro, siete nel posto giusto. Piscina piccola ma graziosa. Le poche camere vi faranno sentire come a casa. Colazione assolutamente varia e buona. Un plauso a tutto lo staff per cortesia, disponibilità e attenzione e in questo periodo vi assicuro non è facile trovare. Bravi continuate così e ci rivedremo sicuramente. If you want tranquility and at the same time be comfortable for the beaches and the center, you are in the right place. Small but nice pool. The few rooms will make you feel at home. Absolutely varied and good breakfast. An applause to all the staff for courtesy, availability and attention and in this period I assure you it is not easy to find. Well done, keep it up and we will definitely meet again.

S	Simon C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel experience ever. I would have given a six star rating. Firstly, upon arrival, they take the time with you to explain all the facilities of the hotel. No Rush, personnalized. IT was our honeymoon trip, so they had a wonderful Room for us, with see and cratere view. Prosecco glasses and small things to eat. Everybody has a smile, they Say hello when they see you. Even in the streets out of the hotel. These are the small details that really Makes a difference. My wife and I had travel quite often, and that hotel offers a service I had never witness before. The hotel is luxurious, clean, breakfast is generous (fresh ricotta was delicious!). IT is worth mentioning that IT is the only hôtel having a direct access to the cleanest beach. Litteraly you get to the beach directly from the hotel. Finally, we had to leave early (6AM), so they had a take away breakfast and coffee for us... But most important, Francesco took us with the (luxury) car the port. Yes, at 6AM. Bravo!

It is quite an unusual hotel in that it is all on one level with the rooms either as part of the main building or in smaller buildings around the grounds. This does give the effect of space and privacy for all guests. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is always nice to be welcomed by the reception staff who always offer a big smile. The few minor issues we had were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The grounds are kept to a very high standard with plenty of places to relax. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which is always clean and refreshing and has great views of the volcano. The breakfasts are also fantastic with a great selection of food available. The homemade pastries are always very good. Our room had sea views and a nice seating area outside with a table and chairs as well as two loungers. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool even if it was a bit noisy. It's a shame there is no restaurant service in the evening as we would definitely of used it if the service was there. However, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.
