★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 10 days in July, delightful hotel that we would highly recommend.The staff were fantastic,special thanks to reception who couldn't have been more helpful,(as we had problems RE Transfers to the airport).Breakfast was good ,beds comfortable,quality linen, a separate kitchenette area.Big big plus is the panoramic roof top space... amazing...very special and perfect for a cocktail whilst watching the sun go down...great location ..stunning scenery,a hidden gem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall: absolutely unsatisfactory cost/quality ratio, stay was paid for 4 days we left 2 days prematurely
+ very nice rooms, excellent air conditions
+ proper sized pool
- the bed itself very bad - the matress was very cheap - unlike the rest of the room, sleeping was very uncomfortable
- cleaning lady is incapable did nothing except for the bed
- it was an appartment room (not a normal hotel room – we booked a superior room). This was already annoying, but there was no appartment equipment aside from 2 glasses.
- the spa was an absolute scam: we were told we got free access to the spa. they ment to say that we have access to he sauna and the whirlpool (free of charge) for one hour. Everything over one hour or treatments would have caused expenses otherwise.
- There was only 1 set of towels free of charge, 3 € per towel charged thereafter – unfortunately the cleaning lady took ours on the first day – even though they were placed on the proper holders
- Breakfast is not at all at 4 star level, small egg powder scrambled eggs, no omlettes or anything like that available. Mostely sweets, no variety, no healthy options
- Private beach is not directly at the sea as the pictures suggest, but behind the open public beach area
- I have no idea what the fitness possibilites should be, nothing indicated/promoted or showed any fitness options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are tidy and beautifully furnished. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Located in the "black beaches" area it's only a few minutes away from the center & 10 minutes from the trail that takes you on top of the vulcano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 1 night on a tour of the islands. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. Location is not bad- 5 minutes walk into town. The bad smell does not linger around the hotel which was a big benefit. We walked up the volcano on the evening we arrived which was amazing and the best part of our stay in vulcano.
