★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t recommend this hote more. Absolutely stunning, the view on the infinity pool is a dream. Definitely recommend the room with the sea view, it is priceless to wake up to the most amazing view on the islands. Breakfast was vary and delicious. Also, the restaurants of the hotel had by far the best food out of all the restaurants we have tried around the islands (yep, I said it). Also, hotel has regular shuttles to get to the port about every hour.
In particular we would like to thank Giulio and Gaia for helping us arrange the best private boat ride ever! Grazie ragazzi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sunsets if...- you are guest of the hotel (can’t use nice patio) or be ready to pay 40 euro as a start for 2 drinks and little bits & bobs as a snack in sort of nice area at the back. Would give 1 star - but they had a nice live music. We actually went there to try our Michelin star restaurant- but after mess with drinks, moving us to different patio and so on ... we decided not to. Much disappointing.

The stay began with our welcome drinks and a tour of the facilities. Then we were introduced to our bedroom which was simple amazing, the views were spectacular and everything was in pristine condition.
Views out of the hotel in general are magnificent, as you can see many of the islands across the sea. The pool also lights up at night to give it an extra effect!
Food at the hotel was really good. We dined there twice and had a great experience with the food both times. The real highlight is their breakfast though, a huge selection of food from all corners of the world to please every audience.
It is located just outside of the busy Vulcano Island and offers shuttles very 15 minutes back into town. They also helped us rent our ATV which picked us up directly from the hotel.
The staff was also super sweet! We loved everyone we interacted with.
This hotel is the one of the only reasons I would consider revisiting the Eolian islands.

The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed like they enjoyed doing their jobs, making it for a much more genuine experience.
The facilities are amazing as you would expect of this place and the views are breath taking.
The best hotel / resort I visited in this chain of hotels.
The food here is also very lovely! I will definitely miss the breakfast options in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete luxurious experience! From greeting at the port to the welcoming aperitif and the variety of restaurants, lounge areas and pools, i would return to Vulcano just to come back here! The spa services were wonderful as well, and every inch of the property was a visual feast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bummed to write this review as the place had so much potential! Great facilities, amazing views and unbeatable location. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to our expectations. Staff was very inconsistent & seemed quite inexperienced - sometimes great, other times borderline rude. Food was good, not great but very expensive & definitely not worth the price. We felt like the staff were always trying to direct us to the most expensive food or wine on the menu... perhaps because it was the end of the season and they were sold out of a lot of things. Overall we walked away frustrated with our experience, especially given the cost & the travel required to get there.
Sadly not even close to a 5 star experience, but what a view!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning location, the view on the islands, the sound of the see, the sunsets - unique! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, we felt like home! Best place to stay on the islands! Tip: try the 11 course menu at the restaurant!

type: 2 nights stay
Location: 10/10 the view from the swimming pool is mesmerising. The sunset touch your soul. The pool and the restaurant are beautiful. The hall can be redesigned differently. The garden well kept.
Camere: 8/10 very comfy bed. Free mini bar. The view was spectacular.
Service: 8/10 very kind.
Food: 7/10 dinner and lunch were fine. Coffe a bit expensive
Price: 10/10 worth the money
Overall: I strongly suggest this place. It's amazing.
