★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have to say this beautiful Hotel, which I now call my home in Lipari was above our expectations. My daughter stayed last year so recommended it since she spoke highly of the place filled all her needs and more.
From the moment we were picked up at the Port by Bartelo we knew we found a friend. Our check in was welcomed with smiles and support. Thank you to Ornella and Simone for their help happy faces and friendly service.
My husband was ill so we were 3 days late to arrive they were very accommodating and we were given an extra three days at the end of our stay.
If I have the opportunity to return I I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Borgo.
Thank you to all the amazing staff you made our holiday special, will never forget you.

Free bus shuttle until midnight.
But the main reason this place is so special is the Staff their friendly nature, help and support in every way made our holiday special.
Especially Bartelo who works nonstop and always happy you can see he loves his job. My husband and I know we have made a friend for life. Love this man.
Then Ornella with her warm welcome every morning and who was so helpful even before we arrived with accomodation etc.
Simone and Antonio such wonderful young men, my husband looked forward to his chats at night with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of friends and loved Borgo Eolie.
The plus is the staff. Everyone is ultra friendly and very nice to satisfy every request. All the staff, from the driver, who takes you from the port to the resort many times a day, to the receptionist are amazing.
Location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from the touristic port and very well connected with a complimentary private bus of the hotel.
Breakfast is very good with good option of savoury and sweets.
Next time at Lipary we will be staying at Borgo Eolie again: it is a good example of what an Hotel should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hotel with regular, free shuttlebus from the port and the town centre. Very friendly, personal service. Reasonable breakfast served with fresh fruit. Pleasant pool area and rooms of a high standard. Only downfall was the air-conditioning in the room that seemed to only half work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there at the end of the season, nevertheless the experience was great. We had a fantastic room and the personnel was extremely kind and useful.
The hotel is located a bit out of the center but they have a free shuttle service to and from the port and the center, however we walked most of the times as it was near.
Breakfast was good, only the fruit juices were a bit tasteless.
