★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's overall look and feel is very nice and the views are very good.
The rooms are good and the balcony area is semi-private, with a medium-height wall between each room's patio. There is a pool.
Internet access is by username and password and limited to a single device, if that is a deciding factor for you. TV is only in Italian, but as mentioned, you've got the internet on your phone with the free hotel WiFi if you really must find out what's going on in the outside world, but that will probably wait until you get back home anyway.
The restaurant is good, but the service is a bit spotty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shabby property. Rooms are very small and have a lot of flaws: spots on the walls, only one pair of slippers and no bathrobes at all (guests in the nearby room told us they had bathrobes). The sea is barely seen from seaview rooms. The pool was full of mosquitos. To get to the hotel you need to walk up hill 7-8 minutes which is very uncomfortable with Lipari’s climate. Pretentious property quite expensive with low service and bad management.

Base to explore the island than a destination. Walkable from ferry with ease.
We had issues with our keycards often but staff always quite nice.
Rooms are good enough and the place is kept very clean.

morning bfast with many items and great local honey.
all staff professional.
they have their own parking
room was big, clean comfy and modern. same for the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful cosy hotel in Lipari. Everything is clean and all the guys are very friendly. The room towards the road are a bit loudly and the WiFi in our room was very slow... The breakfast is really good and a lot of drinks are included. If you order drinks at the bar in the evening it's super expensive (5€ for a small bottle of beer). But in general I can recommend this place.
