v	vinc enzina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo e ben curato abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, la consiglio a tutti!. la signora Rosa e sua mamma gentilissimi e disponibili, pulizia impeccabile e accoglienza buona. Se dovessi ritornare a Lipari sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo in questa struttura. Beautiful and well-kept place we stayed at this property, I recommend it to everyone !. Mrs. Rosa and her mother very kind and helpful, impeccable cleanliness and good hospitality. If I return to Lipari I would definitely stay at this property again.

Dato il periodo difficile per via del covid 19 e la possibilità imminente che vengano chiusi gli accessi da zone esterne per via dell aumento dei casi in Sicilia ho chiesto alla signora se i soldi della caparra nel caso in cui non potessi più partire a causa di un possibile nuovo ’lockdown’ potevano essere recuperati lei non ha pensato due volte a rispondere da maleducata chiudendomi il telefono in faccia. Questa è la mia esperienza (per fortuna ) mai vissuta in questo posto gestito evidentemente da una persona poco professionale e anche poco affidabile in un momento del genere. Date i soldi a chi sa lavorare anche con le parole. SHAME!!! Appena arrivati al molo ci accoglie la proprietaria che ci da indicazioni e ci consiglia un rent moto (di suo nipote). In motorino si gira tutta l isola con facilità. Le camere son pulite anche se comodini ed armadio son molto datati, ci vorrebbe davvero poco a renderle piu carine. Il prezzo é ai limiti inferiori. L'unica pecca dell'angolo cottura è il forno che non funziona. Bagno pulito e provvisto anche di phon. Incluso nel prezzo anche biancheria da letto e da bagno, con cambio ogni 3 giorni. Sistemazione da parte dei proprietari, della camera ogni mattina. Luogo tranquillo distante dal caos della zona centrale del porto, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Transfert gratuito all'arrivo e al ritorno per il porto. Ottima anche la possibilità di usare cucina e bagno in comune il giorno in cui si lascia la camera. Proprietari educati e molto gentili. Già la seconda volta che andiamo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Clean and comfortable rooms, with everything you need, even with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The only flaw of the kitchenette is the oven which does not work. Clean bathroom and also equipped with hairdryer. Included in the price also bed linen and towels, changed every 3 days. Accommodation by the owners of the room every morning. Quiet place away from the chaos of the central port area, but easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Free transfer upon arrival and return to the port. The possibility of using the shared kitchen and bathroom on the day you leave the room is also excellent. Polite and very kind owners. Already the second time we go and we had a great time.

Non mi ha fornito i teli per il secondo giorno neanche a pagarli . Pessima gestione. Ho trovato "cacca" di insetti e fuliggine sotto i letti. Che schifo! Dirty and poor place, as the next customer described, the lady is rude. 140 euros per night for a dump !!! He didn't give me the towels for the second day even to pay for them. Bad management. I found insect "poop" and soot under the beds. How disgusting!

Mi sento di dare due stelle perché non si puo dare una camera ad un cliente senza sapone. Arrivati di sera tardi sono stata fortunata ad avere una vecchia saponetta nel beauty per poter fare la doccia. Per il resto credo che il posto ha ottime potenzialità, e si potrebbe avere un ambiente più carino e meno retrò. Poco curato nell'estetica. Near the port, 5 minutes on foot. Cheap price and good cleaning. I feel like giving two stars because you can't give a guest a room without soap. Arriving late at night I was lucky to have an old bar of soap in the beauty salon to be able to take a shower. For the rest I think the place has great potential, and you could have a nicer and less retro environment. Little cared for aesthetics.

Tutte le stanze hanno terrazzino attrezzato con angolo cottura, frigorifero, tavolo, sedie e tutto l'occorrente. Comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito, l'angolo piscina. Tanto verde. Ottima pulizia. La nostra cagnolina Snoopa è stata accolta ottimamente. Totale flessibilità con gli orari di check in e check out. Meglio però attrezzarsi per le zanzare. Excellent value for money. It costs like a hostel (maybe even less) but it is much more comfortable. All the rooms have a small terrace equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge, a table, chairs and everything you need. Convenient also free parking, pool corner. So much green. Excellent cleaning. Our little dog Snoopa was well received. Total flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Better to gear up for mosquitoes.
