F	Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è veramente completa di quanto possa servire: attrezzature da cucina, aria condizionata, spazio dentro e fuori, cassaforte, piscina, tranquillità, pulizia estrema... Ma il punto di forza che fa la differenza è la disponibilità di Linda a risolvere i piccoli problemi e le difficoltà di chi non conosce i luoghi dell'isola e la cortesia con cui si approccia al cliente. Resta chiaro che bisogna disporre di un mezzo per spostarsi, utile anche per raggiungere le spiagge dell'isola. The structure is really complete of what can be used: kitchen equipment, air conditioning, inside and outside space, safe, swimming pool, tranquility, extreme cleanliness ... But the strength that makes the difference is Linda's willingness to solve the small problems and difficulties of those who do not know the island's places and the courtesy with which it approaches the customer. It remains clear that you need a means of getting around, which is also useful for reaching the island's beaches.

La terza, lei, do 0 stelle per la maleducazione e l'arroganza.. Vi dico solo che eravamo 13 persone e il giorno della partenza uno di noi arrivato al porto per la fretta si scorda il marsupio dei soldi.. Una volta risalito ha vietato ad uno dei suoi dipendenti di riaccompagnarlo giù con una maleducazione e saccrnza fuori dal normale! Peccato perché i clienti non si trattano così.. E gli altri proprietari sono fantastici! I give 5 stars to the place, to the care of every detail and to the cleanliness .. 2 owners out of 3 very kind and helpful .. The third one, she, I give 0 stars for rudeness and arrogance .. on the day of departure one of us arrived at the port for the haste and forgets the pouch of money .. Once he got back he forbade one of his employees to accompany him back down with a rudeness and saccrnza out of the ordinary! Too bad because customers don't treat each other like that .. And the other owners are great!

Il proprietario e il figlio del proprietario molto premurosi e gentili, che dire, l'unica nota stonata la "signorina" Linda che è stata di una arroganza e prosopopea inimmaginabile, forse aveva qualche problema con i Romani?.....peccato!!!! Non posso dare le 5 stelle per colpa della Sig.ra Linda. Wonderful structure, very nice and clean apartments, amazing wellness center. Compliance with anti covid rules. Superb panoramic view of the volcano. The owner and the son of the owner very caring and kind, that is to say, the only discordant note was the "Miss" Linda who was of an unimaginable arrogance and prosopopoeia, maybe she had some problem with the Romans? !!! Cannot give 5 stars because of Ms. Linda.

Un grande saluto a Linda, alla sua simpatia e disponibilità. "Il posto più bello di Lipari", come dicono i liparoti. R	R G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel rustig, schoon en goed uitgerust met alles. De gastheer helpt bij het regelen van auto- of scooterverhuur. De locatie is geweldig, niet te ver van het centrum van Lipari, maar ver genoeg om te genieten van de rustige sterrennachten. Het zwembad is gewoon geweldig. Er zijn een afgelegen strand (Spiaggia Forbice) en een mooi uitkijkpunt op loopafstand. Voor het maximaal genieten van het eiland raad ik aan om een auto / electrische fiets of scooter te huren. Ik huurde het kleine basis-apartement direct onder het huis van de eigenaar. Ik hoor ze nooit. The kamer wordt behoorlijk warm, maar er is airco. Elke 3 dagen een schoonmaakdienst uit; u vindt satelliet-tv, acceptabele wifi, keuken, koelkast, badkamer met douche en bidet. De studio heeft ook een overdekte patio, en een gemeenschappelijk panoramisch terras. Meubilair is eenvoudig, maar de kamer is voorzien van toiletartikelen en we vonden zelfs twee flessen water in de koelkast die op ons stonden te wachten. Very quiet, clean and well equipped with everything. The host will help arrange car or scooter rental. The location is great, not too far from the center of Lipari, but far enough to enjoy the quiet starry nights. The pool is just amazing. There is a secluded beach (Spiaggia Forbice) and a nice lookout point within walking distance. For maximum enjoyment of the island I recommend renting a car / electric bike or scooter. I rented the small basic apartment directly below the owner's house. I never hear them. The room gets quite warm, but there is air con. Cleaning service every 3 days; you will find satellite TV, acceptable wifi, kitchen, fridge, bathroom with shower and bidet. The studio also has a covered patio, and a communal panoramic terrace. Furniture is basic but the room comes with toiletries and we even found two bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us.

E	Eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderfull place to stay on Lipari. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. The location is good; just a 5 minute drive from Lipari Town with gorgeous views. The pool is amazing. It also has a bubble bath and shallow area for children. We had a wonderfull time here.
C	Clement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not utterly modern rooms but nice location with great views. The swimming pool is very sweet to rest at and do not miss out on the view from San Salvatore Observatory, just a 3 minute drive away from the holiday homes.
