★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il giorno di Pasquetta abbiamo prenotato in questo AGRITURISMO.
Il posto è molto carino ma il cibo non rispecchia la tipologia di locale.
Piatti quantitativamente scarsi.
Sicuramente da un agriturismo ti aspetti di assaggiare qualche sapore (in più) tipico salentino
Gli antipasti, un misero piatto di tre/quattro alimenti che poteva essere tranquillamente arricchito anche di prodotti semplici e genuini di questa meravigliosa terra (a costi molto contenuti)
Una "piccola" grigliata di carne contenente anche la VARIETÀ di bombette (2 pz) ?
E mi chiedo, sarebbe costato molto servire un piattino di frutta ad ogni tavolo?
Bho forse non sono un ristoratore e non posso capire. O è forse che si vuole ottenere il massimo guadagno al minor costo possibile?
Eppure pietanze uguali per tutti, le due sale stracolme, noi siamo andati via rigorosamente senza ricevuta...... di che ci lamentiamo poi?

The place is very nice but the food does not reflect the type of place.
Quantitatively scarce dishes.
Surely from a farm you expect to taste some (more) typical Salento flavors
The appetizers, a miserable plate of three / four foods that could easily be enriched with simple and genuine products of this wonderful land (at very low cost)
A "small" grilled meat also containing the VARIETY of bombette (2 pcs) ?
And I wonder, would it cost a lot to serve a plate of fruit at each table?
Well maybe I'm not a restaurateur and I can't understand. Or is it that you want to get the maximum profit at the lowest possible cost?
Yet the same dishes for everyone, the two packed rooms, we went away strictly without a receipt ...... what are we complaining about then?

Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo del nostro bimbo ed è stato tutto fantastico...a partire dal proprietario una persona dolce, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Location impeccabile, di una bellezza indescrivibile, dove la tradizione si mischia col moderno. Ambienti ampi, luminosi e confortevoli. Spazio all aperto da lasciarti a bocca aperta.
Cibo raffinato e ottimo. Personale e servizio eccellente. Ritornerei mille altre volte ancora!!!

We celebrated the baptism of our baby and it was all fantastic ... starting with the owner, a sweet, very kind and very helpful person. Impeccable location, of indescribable beauty, where tradition blends with modernity. Spacious, bright and comfortable rooms. Outdoor space to leave you speechless.
Refined and excellent food. Excellent staff and service. I would go back a thousand more times again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Masseria Fulcignano for our wedding. We are a British couple and we wanted to get married in Italy. After doing some research we found Masseria Fulcignano, it looked stunning and it ended up exceeding all our expectations.
Stefano, Nicoletta, Valeria and the team were absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything throughout the entire process.
The venue is absolutely stunning, the rooms are specious, clean and really comfortable. They also look great with stone fireplace features, great large hot showers and all round lovely facilities.
Of course it being our wedding the food was a crucial part of our stay- and I have to say, Masseria Fulcignano did not disappoint on that front. The food was incredible and loads of it grown on their farm. The Burrata was a particular highlight and their own olive oil was so great we made sure to leave with a bottle.
All in all I would recommend Masseria Fulcignano to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Puglia. Thank you again for making our wedding so, so perfect.
