M	Monica Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, relaxing, everything we expected and more. My husband and I spent three nights at the Mari Del Sud. They have lovely resort grounds. It is on the side of the island that is NOT stinky with sulfur. Thank goodness. The pool was clean, the room was comfortable with a private bathroom and patio and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was open for breakfast until 10am, lunch 12:30-2:30 and dinner 7:30 on. I was concerned about being able to eat gluten free, but my fears were quickly eased. I was able to eat "Sanza glutine." The chef and restaurant manager were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and even provided GF bread with lunch and breakfast muffins. We ate there for several meals and I didn't feel sick once. It is in walking distance to all of the island restaurants. They even helped us book a kayak tour. Overall it was a wonderful experience on Volcano at Mari Del Sud that I would highly recommend.
S	Søren Bank Greenfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great resort with good options and a lovely kept outside area. The staff are very helpful and always great you with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. All in all a great place to relax :-).
P	Philippe le cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel gives a chill and relaxing vibe, but does have some flaws and is not perfect. Rooms are good but not that roomy. The restaurant overlooks the sea with a stunning view and it is amazing to have a drink at the terrace above. The flaws are in the little things like; no help with luggage when arriving. No towels when arriving in the room. No WiFi reception in the room. Can’t even charge my MacBook here since not one of the wall sockets fits... (I have a normal EU charger). Breakfast was good though and the people who work here are eager to help you with things. But these things like the towels and WiFi should be standard nowadays.
R	Renato Mondio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is well maintained and clean, every employee is keen to help unfortunately the restaurant (that also serves breakfast) is run by a different company and they have no idea how to run it. I've spent one hour waiting for a coffee. I understand that this year due to anti covid measures everything is a little bit more complicated but honestly the restaurant people have no idea how to do their jobs.
S	Susanne Andreasson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful resort and environments, the staff had outstanding service, friendly and so helpful. The food was amazing - a true taste of Italy! And the Bartender, Samuel, made amazing drinks. Overall the resort and the staff over exceeded all our expectation! We highly recommend Mari del Sud and will definitely come back !
