R	ROUGE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio e personale a dir poco vergognoso, il proprietario ci ha LANCIATO in maniera strafottente i menù, alcuni cucchiai non erano lavati o addirittura sporchi e quando è stato riferito al cameriere di questo fatto lui risponde in maniera altrettanto strafottente. Dentro al bagno, all'interno del dispenser per il sapone, erano presenti 2 blatte di considerevoli dimensioni. Oltre a questi fatti raccapriccianti, La pizza sembrava surgelata. Se siete a Vulcano e non sapete dove mangiare... NON MANGIATE LÌ. Service and staff to say the least shameful, the owner threw us the menus in an arrogant way, some spoons were not washed or even dirty and when it was reported to the waiter of this fact he replies in an equally arrogant way. Inside the bathroom, inside the soap dispenser, there were 2 sizable cockroaches. In addition to these creepy facts, the pizza looked like it was frozen. If you are in Vulcano and you don't know where to eat ... DO NOT EAT THERE.

Stoviglie sporche, e quando viene fatto notare al cameriere egli anziché provvedere ribatte dicendo che può capitare. Davvero inaccettabile, NON ANDATE. Dovrebbe chiudere! I state that in such a deplorable place I have never eaten. Grumpy waiters, mentally unstable owner, frozen and inedible pizzas. Tutte le posate erano sporche, in bagno era pieno di insetti, sul tavolo camminavano tranquillamente le formiche. Ci e stato portato un caffè con il cucchiaino sporco di peperoncino, le pizze erano stracolme di peli e immangiabili. NON CI ANDATE, È UNA TRUFFA, RISCHIATE SOLO DI STARE MALE MANGIANDO IN QUESTO “RISTORANTE” !! Abbiamo già provveduto ad avvisare le autorità competenti, questo locale non può continuare la sua attività. Shabby place, incompetent staff, rude and unwilling to work. Le pizze che potevamo scegliere per il menù fisso erano 4 o 5 rispetto al menu da più di 20 pizze, oltretutto di qualità molto scarsa. Tralasciando i comportamenti impulsivi e maleducati dei camerieri e del proprietario il pranzo si conclude con il caffè che mi arriva con un cucchiaino visibilmente sporco di olio e peperoncino di cui allego foto. Dopo averlo fatto notare la cameriera mi dice sorridendo che può capitare.. Con un semplice "mi dispiace molto" avrebbe fatto più bella figura. Sconsiglio fortemente di entrare in questo locale. The pizzas that we could choose for the fixed menu were 4 or 5 compared to the menu of more than 20 pizzas, moreover of very poor quality. Leaving aside the impulsive and rude behavior of the waiters and the owner, lunch ends with a coffee that comes with a visibly dirty teaspoon of oil and chilli pepper, of which I am attaching photos. After having pointed this out, the waitress tells me with a smile that it can happen .. With a simple "I'm very sorry" she would have made a better impression. I strongly advise against entering this place.

J	Joe Krachala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place on the island! Mimmo’s (owner) personality will leave you entertained, while the food will keep you happy. Mimmo loves engaging with all of his customers, so be patient on eating in. I will miss Mimmo and the food.

Everyone is speaking English and people are so nice and care about you in every step of the staying. Food is cherry on top. It's not a problem to customize the dishes :) Ciao! Vulcano smell is almost not discoverable so that's a huge plus :D
