★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati in questa malga scendendo dal passo dello Spirito Santo, siamo stati accolti cordialmente e abbiamo mangiato graukäse (il tipico formaggio grigio della Valle Aurina) nella sua versione meno stagionata: buono e genuino!
We stopped at this hut descending from the pitch of the Holy Spirit, we were welcomed cordially and ate graukäse (the typical gray cheese of the Valle Aurina) in its less seasoned version: good and genuine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima accoglienza, cibo genuino, speciale il formaggio grigio, il caprino e lo speck che producono loro stessi. Alex e Ingrid e i loro bimbi... davvero belle persone, una vera malga di montagna!!!! Da non perdere se parcheggiate a Casere 1h e 40’ di salita non troppo difficile.
Excellent welcome, genuine food, special gray cheese, goat cheese and speck that they produce themselves. Alex and Ingrid and their children ... really nice people, a real mountain hut !!!! Do not miss if you park in Casere 1h and 40 'of not too difficult climb.

Viene voglia di passarci qualche giorno (mio marito avrebbe dormito anche sul fieno).
Panorama mozzafiato.....consigliatissima.
Ritorneremo ..
It was a wonderful experience to stop in Malga Fuchs: excellent and genuine food and very hospitable owners.
You want to spend a few days there (my husband would have slept on hay too).
Breathtaking view ..... highly recommended.
We will be back ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Casere abbiamo preso il sentiero 15 e dopo circa 1 ora la deviazione verso la malga che rimane sulla destra del sentiero.
Molto gentili e ottimi formaggi, un “must” per una malga, a mio parere.
Ci hanno consigliato anche la visita al Biotopo che non avevamo valutato ma si è rivelata una vera scoperta
From Casere we took path 15 and after about 1 hour the detour to the hut which remains on the right of the path.
Very kind and excellent cheeses, a "must" for a hut, in my opinion.
They also recommended a visit to the Biotope which we had not evaluated but turned out to be a real discovery
