A beautiful refuge, well cared for both inside and out, in its green expanses by hospitable people ... kind and very creative. (The fountain and the large stone table are spectacular) .. Beautiful panorama to admire.

RITORNATO oggi 7 dicembre è chiuso a chiave anche il piccolo locale con camino che dovrebbe per le emergenze essere sempre aperto. Very well kept even with flower pots. RETURNED today 7 December the small room with a fireplace is also locked and should always be open for emergencies.

Abbiamo transitato da monte Crisimo. personalmente ho apprezzato molto tutto il panorama, sono rimasto meravigliato del comprensorio recintato e gestito dall' azienda forestale siciliana , un ambiente ben curato sia dal punto di vista forestale che di edilizia rurale e di pulizia in genere. Molto accogliente il rifugio di monte Crisimo dove é stata messa a disposizione degli escursionisti una stanza sempre aperta con un camino , un tavolino e sedie . All'esterno sono presenti vari posti dove far barbecue , sedili, tavoli e fontane, complimenti per la gestione ed il lavoro svolto. Sunday we did a nice ride on a mountain bike on the Etna volcano. We passed through Monte Crisimo. I personally enjoyed the whole panorama, I was amazed by the enclosed area and managed by the Sicilian forestry company, a well-kept environment both from the forestry point of view and from a rural construction and cleaning point of view. The refuge of Monte Crisimo is very welcoming, where a room that is always open with a fireplace, a table and chairs has been made available to hikers. Outside there are various places for barbecues, seats, tables and fountains, congratulations for the management and the work done.

Pozzo con acqua non potabile e senza luce elettrica. Ad un paio di chilometri dall'auto. Accessibile dalla mareneve. Open shelter, complete with everything, and found in perfect order and cleanliness, also equipped with a sanitizing dispenser and internal woodshed. G	Giuseppe Musumarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo molto bello e paesaggistico, ben curato dalla forestale che ne consente la fruizione grazie ad un locale rifugio con camino e panche con all'esterno punti per la griglia e acqua. Si può raggiungere da diversi punti con la possibilità di compiere percorsi molto vari. Ad esempio si può partire da monte Baracca, passare dalla grotta dei rotoli ed utilizzarlo come sosta. Quindi raggiungere in discesa case Bevacqua o risalire sulla mareneve in località Cerrita dove preventivamente si lascia un'altra auto. Bellissimi e vari gli ambienti boschivi attraversati Very beautiful and landscaped place, well cared for by the forestry that allows its use thanks to a local refuge with fireplace and benches with outside points for the grill and water.
