Comfort e accoglienza sono alla base della gestione della gentilissima sig.ra Russo, la proprietaria della struttura, che accoglie con calore e affetto tutti gli ospiti, mostrando una delle caratteristiche salienti del popolo siciliano: il profondo senso di ospitalità. Ottimo il cibo , preparato, su richiesta, dalla stessa proprietaria, con i prodotti, freschissimi e genuini, a “zero” chilometri. Le stanze tutte molto accoglienti e arredate con sobrietà, gli spazi all’aperto attrezzati per rilassarsi ma soprattutto la presenza della piscina, rendono Viola nel Parco, una perla incastonata nelle rocce laviche , sopra le quali è stata realizzata. Viola nel Parco is a small oasis of peace, where you can pleasantly spend your stay on the north side of Etna, in a unique setting in the world. Comfort and hospitality are the basis of the management of the very kind Ms Russo, the owner of the structure, who welcomes all guests with warmth and affection, showing one of the salient characteristics of the Sicilian people: the deep sense of hospitality. Excellent food, prepared, on request, by the owner herself, with the freshest and most genuine products at “zero” kilometers. The rooms are all very welcoming and furnished with sobriety, the outdoor spaces equipped to relax but above all the presence of the swimming pool, make Viola nel Parco a pearl set in the lava rocks, above which it was built.

Abbiamo mangiato delle prelibatezze assolute, tutte prodotte con la loro terra, il personale sempre pronto a coccolarci ha espresso ogni desiderio di grandi e piccini! L'anno prossimo si torna per almeno un weekend intero!! Grazie a tutto lo staff We spent a day in this structure, it was like a dream, under his majesty the Etna that offered us a unique show. We ate some absolute delicacies, all produced with their land, the staff always ready to pamper us expressed every desire of young and old! Next year we'll be back for at least a whole weekend !! Ritorneremo sicuramente Enchanting place, in the middle of nature. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and the owner is a fantastic, kind and helpful person! We will definitely be going back

Excellent quality / price ratio and a few kilometers from Etna. The owner is very helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back.

In bagno shampoo, bagnoschiuma e dentifricio già utilizzati da altri clienti. La colazione un po' scarsa e con burro scaduto a dicembre 2021. La signora che ci sorvegliava a tappeto. Vogliamo parlare dell'acqua e del caffè? Dopo che ti abbiamo lasciato più di 1000€ ti perdi la faccia per l'acqua e due caffè? Sono i particolari che fanno la differenza e ...non ci siamo proprio! Absolutely to be avoided. Narrow quadruple room (there were only beds) paid for as a "standard" quadruple room. In the bathroom shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste already used by other customers. The breakfast a bit 'poor and with butter expired in December 2021. The lady who supervised us on the carpet. Do we want to talk about water and coffee? After we have left you more than 1000 €, do you lose your face for water and two coffees? It's the details that make the difference and ... we're not there at all!

You can have breakfast too, dinner is prepared on request. There is a pizzeria in walking distance. You'll find some offers for leisure like ping pong or a library. WiFi could be better
