P	Pietro Gandolfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza unica, sicuramente da non ripetere, ho girato in lungo e in largo in molti agriturismo in tutta Italia, però mi duole purtroppo definire tale uno così nella mia terra. Disorganizzazione totale, buffet servito dal personale che era più confuso che altro, clienti ammassati che gridavano da ogni parte, in attesa di poter mangiare qualcosa, pietanze cucinate e preparate senza nessuna cognizione e di cosa sia la cucina siciliana, dal gusto indecifrabile. Locale sporco a tal punto che l'acqua era servita dentro bottiglie di vetro sporche dalla provenienza incerta, vino sfuso in bottiglia servito senza tappo. E per completare il tutto i servizi igienici sporchi da non esserci potuto entrare dal liquame che c'era per terra, se avessi chiamato i Nas avrebbero chiuso il locale. Morale della favola ...ho speso 32 euro e me li son sentiti rubati Unique experience, certainly not to be repeated, I have traveled far and wide in many farms throughout Italy, but unfortunately it pains me to define such a person in my land. Total disorganization, buffet served by staff who were more confused than anything else, crowded customers shouting from all over, waiting to be able to eat something, dishes cooked and prepared without any knowledge and what Sicilian cuisine is, with an indecipherable taste. Dirty place to the point that the water was served in dirty glass bottles of uncertain origin, bulk wine in bottles served without corks. And to top it all off, the toilets were dirty from not being able to get in from the sewage on the ground, if I had called the Nas they would have closed the place. Moral of the story ... I spent 32 euros and they felt stolen

Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutti i dipendenti... ottimo cibo rustico e fatto in casa con buffet abbastanza vario .. molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente e porteremo altre persone perché merita. nice place with many animals ... To underline the kindness and courtesy of all the employees ... excellent rustic and homemade food with a fairly varied buffet .. very good value for money. We will definitely come back and bring other people because it deserves.

Il posto sicuramente è carino solo per far vedere gli animali che vi sono presenti ma per quanto riguarda la gestione del buffet lasciamo perdere!. Se non siete i tipi da buffet allora state lontani da questo posto!!!, se invece al contrario siete abituati Vi sfido ad andarci nei giorni come questi: gente che spingeva, gente che cercava di farti incazz... Una massa di gente assurda tanto da farti uscire pazzo.... lasciamo perdere il discorso covid ma era un buffet assolutamente ingestibile senza un ordine logico ma a chi gridava o spingeva di più. Cibo davvero scadente tanto che abbiamo deciso dopo aver rivisto gli animali di mangiare qualcosa fuori nel pomeriggio...e non sono il solo che ha fatto così sentivo altre famiglie fare lo stesso. Giornata da dimenticato e soldi buttati. Servizio bagno inesistente e sporco....non pretendo la luna ma un minimo di igiene. Se volete passare una brutta giornata siete i benvenuti. In bocca al lupo. ( Se volete vedere solo gli animali è carino). A DIMENTICAVO piatti di plastica e dovevi sparecchiare tu....Sembravamo alla mensa dei poveri con tutto il rispetto per i poveri. Da dimenticare!!. Benzina sprecata tempo e giornata... Easter Monday 04/18/2022 day to forget. I came with my wife and 3 year old daughter along with three other 7/8 year old children. The place is certainly nice only to show the animals that are present there but as regards the management of the buffet forget it !. If you are not the buffet type then stay away from this place !!!, if on the contrary you are used to it I challenge you to go there on days like these: people pushing, people trying to piss you off ... A mass of absurd people enough to make you go crazy .... let's forget the covid speech but it was an absolutely unmanageable buffet without a logical order but to those who shouted or pushed more. Really poor food so much that we decided after reviewing the animals to eat something out in the afternoon ... and I'm not the only one who did so I felt other families doing the same. Forgotten day and wasted money. Non-existent and dirty bathroom service .... I don't expect the moon but a minimum of hygiene. If you want to have a bad day you are welcome. Good luck. (If you only want to see animals it's cute). I FORGOT plastic plates and you had to clear the table .... We looked at the soup kitchen with all respect for the poor. To forget!!. Gasoline wasted time and day ...

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente , trattati benissimo e abbiamo passato davvero un bel pranzo "in famiglia" . Buffet ricco, con molta scelta e soprattutto con prodotti biologici buonissimi. Il prezzo vale la giornata e il pranzo! Experience to be redone for sure! An enchanting place surrounded by nature, peace, silence and many animals to interact with. We were warmly welcomed, treated very well and had a really nice "family" lunch. Rich buffet, with a lot of choice and above all with very good organic products. The price is worth the day and lunch!

Personale disponibile, sempre gentile e professionalmente preparatissimi. I loro pranzi/cene sono genuini, casarecci, preparati con tanta passione e amore. Il parco zoo é una meravigliosa attrazione per grandi e piccini, assolutamente da visitare. Grazie sempre per quello che fate, complimenti vivissimi. We have been customers for several years, now it is a tradition for us to spend New Year's Eve with them as well as our Sundays with family and friends. Staff available, always polite and professionally trained. Their lunches / dinners are genuine, homemade, prepared with a lot of passion and love. The zoo park is a wonderful attraction for young and old, a must visit. Thanks always for what you do, heartfelt congratulations.
M	Martina Vasta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rustico è proprio la parola adatta...nel bene e nel male Di famiglia ci è capitato di andare durante gli anni in questo posto, e il ricordo che ho avuto è sempre stato bello ma l'ultima esperienza che risale al 25 aprile è proprio da dimenticare. I punti a favore sono certamente gli animali e la piscina, ma mentre i primi continuano a diminuire col passare degli anni, quest'ultima era ricoperta di melma verde. I bagni andrebbero decisamente curati e puliti di più. C'è poca attenzione ai dettagli che però, facendo i conti sono quelli che fanno la differenza. Non perderò troppe righe nel parlare del servizio a pranzo. Il peggior selfe service mai visto in fatto di organizzazione. Ma lì c'era un concorso di colpe tra clienti decisamente poco educati e chi serviva, che non ha saputo per nulla gestire la situazione. In conclusione? Molti chiedevano il rimborso, gente che prendeva 7 piatti alla volta mentre altri accanto a loro aspettavano di essere serviti da mezz'ora. Il Rustico La Casa degli Ulivi è un posto che conosco e frequento da anni, ma col passare degli anni si è vista diminuire sempre di più la qualità in generale. Mi auguro vivamente che la situazione cambi, perché questo luogo ha del potenziale che merita di essere sfruttato. Rustic is just the right word ... for better or for worse As a family we have happened to go to this place over the years, and the memory I have had has always been nice but the last experience that dates back to April 25 is just to forget. The plus points are certainly the animals and the pool, but while the former continue to decline over the years, the latter was covered in green slime. The bathrooms should definitely be looked after and cleaned more. There is little attention to detail which, however, are the ones that make the difference. I will not lose too many lines in talking about the lunch service. The worst self service ever seen in terms of organization. But there was a contest of guilt between decidedly uneducated customers and those who served, who could not manage the situation at all. In conclusion? Many asked for reimbursement, people taking 7 dishes at a time while others next to them had been waiting to be served for half an hour. The Rustico La Casa degli Ulivi is a place that I have known and frequented for years, but over the years the quality in general has been seen to decrease more and more. I sincerely hope that this will change, because this place has potential that deserves to be exploited.
