Personale estremamente scortese, nessuna delle dottoresse saluta o sorride, sembra quasi di dare fastidio quando si entra. Per non parlare di quando si sono messe in due a leggere un foglio di dimissione commentando l'intervento che avevo subìto e sghignazzando. Mai vista una maleducazione simile. Farò più strada ma non ci entrerò mai più. After years that I attend this pharmacy (for reasons of closeness) I see that things never change. Extremely rude staff, none of the doctors greets or smiles, it almost seems to annoy you when you enter. Not to mention when two of them went to read a discharge paper, commenting on the intervention I had undergone and laughing. Never seen a similar rudeness. I will do more but I will never go in again.
O	Osinseai Marilens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima da tutti punti di vista personale molto preparato gentili, tante volte spiegano cio che un dott di base non riesce a farti capire, un vasta e ampia scelta di medicinali persino quelli veterinari, e potrei andare avanti ma non vi voglio stancare. E un altro punto di forza l apertura dominicale fino alle 12'30 a volte anche di piu se ci sono clienti dentro. Grazie veramente sono una cliente da piu di 10 anni, mi sono trasferita ma anche adesso essendo piu lontana ci vado sempre da loro Excellent from all points of view, very prepared, kind staff, many times they explain what a basic doctor cannot make you understand, a wide and wide choice of medicines, even veterinary ones, and I could go on but I don't want to tire you. Another strong point is the opening of the business until 12.30 sometimes even more if there are customers inside. Thank you very much. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, I moved but even now, being further away, I always go to them

Il medico mi aveva prescritto un farmaco e, come spiegato alla farmacista, era urgente venisse assunto quanto prima causa reazione allergica grave, per evitare di doversi recare in pronto soccorso. Il farmaco non era disponibile e la risposta è stata, ovviamente in modo sgarbato, che potevo andare in un'altra farmacia. Spiegando che di turno risultavano solo loro ho proposto l'alternativa di prendere un equivalente, non andato a buon fine questo procedimento mi è stato detto esserci una farmacia di turno vicino a loro. Ringrazio, vado ma scopro che la farmacia da loro consigliata era chiusa, quindi non di turno e che mi era stato proposto di andare solo per ''liberarsi del problema''. Ahimè si nota quando le persone non hanno passione per il lavoro che svolgono. Really a disappointment. I went to this pharmacy in an emergency, during the lunch break, as it was on duty. The doctor had prescribed me a drug and, as explained to the pharmacist, it was urgent that it be taken as soon as possible due to a serious allergic reaction, to avoid having to go to the emergency room. The drug was not available and the answer was, obviously rudely, that I could go to another pharmacy. Explaining that only they were on duty, I proposed the alternative of taking an equivalent, this procedure was not successful, I was told there was a pharmacy on duty near them. Thank you, I go but I discover that the pharmacy recommended by them was closed, therefore not on duty and that I was asked to go only to '' get rid of the problem ''. Alas it is noticed when people have no passion for the work they do.

Non sono per nulla gentili e quando fanno i tamponi esagerano con la profondità dell'esame soprattutto se sono a conoscenza del fatto che non hai intenzione di vaccinarti... Negative experience for me ... They are not at all kind and when they do the swabs they exaggerate with the depth of the examination especially if they are aware of the fact that you are not going to vaccinate ...

Well stocked pharmacy with helpful and well trained staff but positive point and always open on Sunday morning until 13 I would say excellent.

Ci rechiamo li, mia sorella ha bisogno di farmaci urgenti.... Nella bacheca esterna e scritto aperto.... Suono più volte, nessuno risponde... Telefono più volte, niente di niente... Totale mancanza di professionalita, serietà rispetto del paziente che, piaccia o no si ammala anche in giorni festivi..
