s	serena busoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi trovo bene.... sono della zona e pur essendo una cliente non dico abbituale ma quasi è gia la seconda volta che per ordinare un prodotto che tra l'altro altre farmacie hanno disponibile subito, mi chiedono una caparra di 5 euro.... Potrei capire per articoli assurdi o introvabili ma per cose normali... pessimo trattamento e fiducia zero, se ordino un prodotto vengo a prenderlo I do not feel good .... Preparano una crema per piaghe antidecubito che è un vero sollievo per gli anziani perché rimargina anche le più profonde. Me l'ha indicata un dermatologo molto bravo di Verona e devo dire che non hanno deluso le mie aspettative. Anzi, le hanno più che soddisfatte. Per chi ha questa problematica consiglio vivamente questa farmacia. Telefonate prima, per accertarvi che abbiano l'unguento che peraltro ha un prezzo accettabilissimo, poco più di 10euro. Ne abbiamo fatti 2 prima di uno spostamento e altri 2 al rientro e in nessuno dei 2 casi siamo stati informati che se avessimo pagato in contanti questa prestazione non avremmo potuto detrarla. A quanto pare ricordare : " Signora, se paga in contanti non lo può detrarre" porterebbe via troppo tempo. Vorrei ricordare, in particolare ad un giovane farmacista ancora presente ahimè, alle 20,30 per espletare i test, che non si tratta di 'istruire' tutte le persone del mondo sulla legge di bilancio del 2019, ma di essere accorti verso i loro clienti.
