Poi tutto risolto. Ottimo servizio e gentilezza. Friendly and helpful staff. They couldn't find my prescription online and by dint of checking the doctor even memorized my tax code !!!! Then all solved. Great service and kindness.

La preferisco alle altre perché posso avere delle consulenze personalizzate e sono molto competenti in diversi campi come, nel mio caso, la cura della pelle. Ho recentemente fatto il tampone rapido e sono stati davvero professionali. I recommend this pharmacy. I prefer it to the others because I can have personalized consultations and they are very competent in different fields such as, in my case, skin care. I recently did the quick swab and they were really professional.

Scusate la prolissità ma la racconto nei dettagli....Chiedo di poter avere un farmaco per cui ho l’esenzione, avendo i codici della ricetta inviati dal mio Medico Curante sul telefono (in zona rossa così si può evitare di muoversi da casa e si evitano spostamenti, perciò ho sul tel 8 codici di ricette in parte mie ed in parte di mio padre) e in risposta mi han detto (fin da subito insofferenti a risolvere questa mia richiesta) che 1. Il mio Medico Curante è un superficiale 2. Non capivano a chi attribuire la ricetta siccome erano relative a più persone 3.Che non avevano tempo, sbuffando ed inveendo, di inserire tutti quei numeri (sottolineo ben 8 !!) ed infine, siccome ho detto loro che avrei provato in un altra farmacia, cercando se possibile, personale più gentile e disponibile, i due farmacisti (credo padre e figlio), mentre uscivo di spalle mi urlavano “lei è un ignorante!!”. Premettendo che lavoro nell’ambito della Sanità, credo che le persone in questione forse hanno dimenticato che hanno a che fare con persone MALATE e che se sono entrato in farmacia a cercare un farmaco, per cui sono esente, non mi stavo facendo una passeggiata di diletto per shopping! Infine sottolineo che erano le 15.31 con farmacia appena aperta e completamente vuota ed il “Vecchio farmacista” era pure senza mascherina. Davvero VERGOGNA PURA ! Le parole CODICE DEONTOLOGICO vi dicono qualcosa ??? E la parola CORTESIA ? Mah..... RUDE AND WITNESS! Sorry for the prolixity but I'll tell you in detail .... I ask to have a drug for which I have the exemption, having the prescription codes sent by my GP on the phone (in the red zone so you can avoid moving from home and you avoid displacements, so I have on the phone 8 recipe codes in part mine and in part of my father) and in response they told me (immediately intolerant to solve my request) that 1. My Doctor is a superficial 2 . They did not understand to whom to attribute the recipe as they were related to more people 3. Who did not have time, puffing and inveighing, to enter all those numbers (I underline well 8 !!) and finally, since I told them that I would try in another pharmacy, looking for more kind and helpful staff if possible, the two pharmacists (I think father and son), as I came out of my back they shouted at me “you are ignorant !!”. Assuming that I work in the Healthcare sector, I believe that the people in question may have forgotten that they are dealing with SICK people and that if I went into the pharmacy to look for a drug, for which I am exempt, I was not taking a walk of delight for shopping! Finally I emphasize that it was 3.11 pm with the pharmacy just opened and completely empty and the "Old Pharmacist" was also without a mask. Really PURE SHAME! Do the words CODE OF CONDUCT tell you something ??? And the word COURTESY? Mah .....

Il dottore della farmacia si è subito dato da fare per aiutarmi ed è stato di grande aiuto e conforto! Un grande grazie per l'umanità dimostrata!! I called back home after maternity in desperate search for a bottle for babies with cleft palate ... The pharmacy doctor immediately went out of his way to help me and was a great help and comfort! A big thank you for the humanity shown !!
