★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa farmacia non viene ricordato al cliente, come gesto di cortesia, se voglia dare il tesserino sanitario per lo scarico fiscale. Alla mia richiesta del motivo, la farmacista più anziana mi risponde piccata che c'è un foglietto attaccato al bancone che lo ricorda e che, comunque, non sono tenuti a ricordare la cosa ad ogni cliente.
Ai gesti di cortesia non si è "tenuti", cara signora, i gesti di cortesia si fanno perchè si è cortesi. In questa farmacia non vengono fatti. Ne prendo atto e comprerò i miei farmaci in altre farmacie dove c'è più attenzione al cliente. cordiali saluti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il distributore fuori dalla farmacia è difettoso da anni. Le poche volte che accetta i contanti non è sicuro che dia il resto, come poi non è sicuro che rilasci lo scontrino quando il resto non è pervenuto. In questo modo è impossible andare a reclamare i soldi persi in farmacia.
