★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per un farmaco omeopatico per la mia micia, costava 28 euro. Non l ho preso perché non mi suonava bene, in passato lo avevo già acquistato in un'altra Farmacia dove sono tornata e l ho pagato 18.40. Vergognoso!
I went for a homeopathic medicine for my kitty, it cost 28 euros. I didn't take it because it didn't sound good to me, in the past I had already bought it in another Pharmacy where I returned and I paid 18.40. Shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manca la cordialità, ero con mio figlio di tre anni a prendere le sue medicine, la farmacista che non so il nome con un tono di voce scortese dice che non capisce cosa c’è scritto nella ricetta e non può decifrare,
Al mio bambino scappava la pipì e poverino ha chiesto dov’è il bagno la risposta della farmacista, il bagno non è per i clienti. Capisco e lo so benissimo che il bagno non è per i clienti ma il bambino ha solo tre anni, ha iniziato a correre per la farmacia tra le scaffalature il motivo perché li scappava la pipì e non riuscivo a prenderlo, essendo anche tanto vivace non si fermava. La signora farmacista è uscita un po’ irritata dal comportamento di mio figlio. Alla fine l’ho preso in braccio e sono uscita.
Non so se questa signora ha figli ma deve imparare ad essere cordiale e gentile con i clienti.
Non ci vado più in questa farmacia.

The pharmacist was a little irritated by my son's behavior. Eventually I picked him up and went out.
I don't know if this lady has children but she needs to learn to be friendly and kind to customers.
I don't go to this pharmacy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La titolare si è rifiutata di emettere un buono per la restituzione di uno spazzolino elettrico per bimba,restituito integro dopo 1 ora dall'acquisto per un errore. Sono stata costretta a sostituire con altri prodotti nell'immediato,cosa assolutamente non corretta, non si trattava di medicinali! Tra l'altro ERA la mia farmacia di riferimento. A mai più!
