Mi ha fornito un farmaco in una forma che non volevo perché non è stata disposta ad ascoltare la mia richiesta e si è mostrata molto maleducata quando le ho chiesto spiegazioni. Consiglio vivamente di recarsi presso altre farmacie. Shameful attitude of the owner, rude and surly and specific that I did not go to this pharmacy close to closing or during a shift. She gave me a drug in a form that I didn't want because she was unwilling to listen to my request and was very rude when I asked her about it. I highly recommend going to other pharmacies.

La "signora" che ha servito me e il mio compagno di una maleducazione senza confini, non abbiamo fatto in tempo a darle la tessera sanitaria che aveva già battuto lo scontrino. Inoltre le abbiamo chiesto il generico di un antistaminico che il mio compagno utilizza spesso, acquistandolo a 3,58€, e invece ce l'ha fatto pagare 4 euro, per poi scoprire arrivati a casa che era la versione ridotta del farmaco: al posto delle solite 20 compresse abbiamo avuto una scatola da 7. Purtroppo era sprovvista delle marche commerciali che stavo utilizzando. Al mio declino, scortesemente ha sbattuto sul bancone le confezioni di due creme che mi aveva proposto e se n'è andata nel retro bottega imprecando. Davanti a me c'era una signora che ha richiesto un farmaco e il cosidetto direttore sanitario le fa: ci vorrebbe la ricetta, ma ti conosciamo quindi non ci sono problemi. Una volta arrivato il mio turno, la signora che mi seguiva ha messo il farmaco da me richiesto sul banco. Nel giro di un secondo il farmaco è stato tolto prontamente dal direttore. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e l'uomo mi ha detto che la mia ricetta non era valida perchè fotocopia. Ho fatto presente che non era una fotocopia, bensì la ricetta originale inviatami dal mio medico. Mi ha liquidata in 2 secondi ripetendo che non era valida. Sono uscita, sono entrata nella farmacia più vicina e ho acquistato il farmaco con la mia regolare ricetta. Penso che il signore abbia fatto un corso intensivo di maleducazione, mentre forse avrebbe dovuto seguire meglio la lezione sulle ricette. E poi...qualcuno mi spiega come mai a me con regolare ricetta non è stato dato il farmaco, ma alla signora prima di me è stato dato senza ricetta perchè 'tanto ti conosciamo'? La spiegazione dell''educato' signore è stata: io sono il direttore sanitario e decido io. Ottima spiegazione. Pessimo. Peccato per la signora che mi ha seguita, che al contrario è stata molto cortese. Mai più in questa farmacia, neppure in fin di vita. I entered this pharmacy today with a regular prescription made by my doctor which I have been using since December in various pharmacies. In front of me there was a lady who requested a drug and the so-called medical director makes them: it would take the prescription, but we know you so there are no problems. Once my turn came, the lady following me put the medication I requested on the counter. Within a second the drug was promptly removed by the director. I asked for an explanation and the man told me that my recipe was not valid because it was a photocopy. I pointed out that it was not a photocopy, but the original prescription sent to me by my doctor. He liquidated me in 2 seconds by repeating that it was invalid. I went out, went into the nearest pharmacy and bought the drug with my regular prescription. I think the gentleman took a crash course in rudeness, while perhaps he should have followed the recipe lesson better. And then ... someone explains to me why I was not given the drug with a regular prescription, but the lady before me was given without a prescription because 'we know you so much'? The explanation of the 'polite' gentleman was: I am the medical director and I decide. Excellent explanation. Bad. Too bad for the lady who followed me, who on the contrary was very courteous. Never again in this pharmacy, not even at the end of life.
