★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto di misurare la febbre e non avevano un termometro. Fine della storia. Non hanno neanche provato a cercarlo, mi han detto che l'hanno perso. Poi faccio il tampone e mi fanno aspettare fuori, sempre mentre ho la febbre non misurata, in farmacista esce per andare al bar mi vede e oh, si ricorda che sto aspettando l'esito. Boh. Ma il termometro dico io aprine un altro per lo meno. Ah e se non lo chiedevo non mi davano neanche lo scontrino del tampone.

Boh. But the thermometer I say I open another one at least. Oh, and if I didn't ask, they wouldn't even give me the receipt for the tampon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato pomeriggio, ore 15,52. Dovrebbero essere aperti ma nessuno risponde al telefono che squilla inutilmente. Nemmeno la segreteria.
Aggiungo, dopo la risposta, che ho continuato a chiamare fin dopo le 16, abbondantemente.
Se per lei è normale lasciare che il telefono squilli per 45 minuti, non lo è per me.
Non considero quindi il giudizio "tranchant" ma "objectiv" e non apprezzo neppure questo inutile uso di parole straniere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto ad un'amica di andare presso questa farmacia per acquistare dei tamponi antigenici per mio conto. Le hanno venduto dei self test, made in China, ad euro 8.80 (prezzo iniziale euro 12.00, scontato).
Gli stessi identici presidi sono in vendita nel piccolo negozio dei cinesi nei pressi della mia abitazione e anche da Rossetto supermercati ad euro 3.90!!! Addirittura sembrerebbe fosse la stessa partita perché il numero del lotto indicato sul retro differisce solo per le ultime 4 cifre.
Questi tra l'altro sono tamponi pessimi (e a mio avviso assai poco affidabili) che non valgono di più dei 3.90 pagati al supermercato.
Le farmacie non hanno certo risentito dei disagi economici che moltissime attività stanno vivendo a causa della pandemia. Ma perché lucrare in modo vergognoso su presidi ora indispensabili a molti?
Non mi vedrete più!
Riscontro la risposta del responsabile della farmacia:
Il prezzo del presidio che vendete lo avete deciso voi come avete potuto decidere di scontarlo. Il vostro self test è pessimo, lo posso affermare dopo averne utilizzati diversi acquistati in altre farmacie a prezzi assolutamente inferiori rispetto a quanto speso da voi. Il vostro prodotto è made in China identico a quello presente nelle corsie dei supermercati Rossetto e nei megastore!
I asked a friend to go to this pharmacy to buy antigenic tampons for me. They sold her self tests, made in China, for € 8.80 (starting price € 12.00, discounted).
The same identical items are on sale in the small Chinese shop near my home and also at Rossetto supermarkets for € 3.90 !!! It would even seem to be the same batch because the batch number indicated on the back differs only for the last 4 digits.
Among other things, these are bad tampons (and in my opinion very unreliable) that are not worth more than the 3.90 paid at the supermarket.
Pharmacies have certainly not been affected by the economic hardships that many businesses are experiencing due to the pandemic. But why shamefully make a profit on principals now indispensable to many?
You will not see me again!
I find the response from the pharmacy manager:
You have decided the price of the garrison you sell as you have decided to discount it. Your self test is bad, I can say it after having used several purchased in other pharmacies at prices absolutely lower than what you spend. Your product is made in China identical to that found in the aisles of Rossetto supermarkets and megastores!

Però recentemente, su invito del mio medico di base, sono dovuta andare di sabato mattina a fare un tampone 'purtroppo' non qui bensì in una farmacia vicina a dove abito . Non ero abituata a confrontarmi con personale sgarbato e indisponente. Sono abituata alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dello staff di Castelvecchio. Mi sono resa conto, dopo questa esperienza, che davo per scontati comportamenti che non lo sono. In questa farmacia il dott. Davide, la dottoressa Bergamo, Alessia per il reparto cosmesi e tutto il personale sono estremamente cortesi, gentili e preparati. Di conseguenza ho sentito la necessità di pubblicare questa mia opinione perché se lo meritano. Rimanete sempre così.
Tralascio invece la recensione negativa sull'altra farmacia anche se ci starebbe tutta.
Never did Google reviews. But recently, at the invitation of my general practitioner, I had to go on Saturday morning to take a swab 'unfortunately' not here but in a pharmacy close to where I live. I was not used to dealing with rude and annoying staff. I'm used to the kindness and helpfulness of the Castelvecchio staff. I realized, after this experience, that I was taking for granted behaviors that are not. In this pharmacy, Dr. Davide, Dr. Bergamo, Alessia for the cosmetics department and all the staff are extremely courteous, kind and well-prepared. Consequently, I felt the need to publish this opinion of mine because they deserve it. Always remain like this.
Instead, I omit the negative review on the other pharmacy even though it would fit all.
