Lave vaisselle non étanche donc fuite d eau... Pas de percolateur, une mini cafetière italienne en mauvaise état donc difficile pour le café du petit déjeuner.... Personnel de l agence fort agréable. Apartment (via A. Forti) ok, clean and well located in the heart of the historic city. By cons home appliance point of view some things are to review ... Dishwasher not waterproof so leak water ... No percolator, a mini Italian coffee maker in poor condition so difficult for breakfast coffee .... Staff the agency very pleasant.

Bien si vas en coche, pero pesado si vas a pie o en taxi. Check out es a las 10:30. Mucho ojo, porque a partir de las OCHO de la tarde, si les llamas por algo que ellos no consideren urgencia, te avisan que cobran 30 euros como penalización. La ubicación es muy buena, pero los aires acondicionados hacen muchísimo ruido que dificulta dormir. También las puertas chirrían bastante. La limpieza, el techo lleno de telarañas y varios insectos por el suelo. Lo peor fue que por error, tocamos el control climático de la pared cuando llegamos, pensando que como en todos los hoteles se controla desde ahí, pero gran error, eso activó los radiadores, poniendo el apartamento a 30 grados por la noche, sin instrucciones por ningún lado de cómo apagarlo. Al final tuvimos que llamar a la una de la madrugada, y la ayuda fue nula, la chica molesta porque le llamábamos a esa hora, no sabía como apagarlo y la respuesta al día siguiente fue de que no teníamos que haber tocado el control climático... pero cómo iba a saberlo si no lo avisan por ningún lado! Ausstattung war für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Abzüge gibts bei der Sauberkeit des Apartments. Very good organization. Great location of the apartment. with numerous restaurants. Supermarkets and bakers around the corner. Equipment was perfectly fine for a short stay. There are deductions for the cleanliness of the apartment.

Pro: -sito fatto bene ed intuitivo, procedura di booking facile e veloce -posizione dell'appartamento comoda, non in Ztl -appartamento pulito e ben arredato -prezzo corretto Contro: -scarsissima comunicazione con l'host, che avviene esclusivamente via mail (che finisce regolarmente nello spam), cosa deleteria visto che conteneva le istruzioni per il check in -orari del check-in (comunicati nella mail che non è stata da me letta) totalmente arbitrari e non coerenti con quanto riportato sul sito (il personale è stato però disponibile e la consegna delle chiavi è avvenuta senza problemi) -materassi e cuscini di qualità mediocre -2 bottigliette da 0.5l di acqua per 4 persone Direi un'esperienza senza infamia e senza lode.
