★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto una consulenza al farmacista e mi ha consigliato la giusta pomata. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza è da 5 stelle, ma ci sono andata solo perché era aperta di domenica, altrimenti per me è totalmente fuori mano. Non sono un ba cliente abituale
I requested a consultation from the pharmacist and he recommended the right ointment. As far as my experience is concerned it is 5 star, but I only went there because it was open on Sunday, otherwise it is totally out of the way for me. I am not a regular customer ba

Al posto di aiutare a scegliere il prodotto più corretto, fanno solo i commessi.. pensano solo a fare cassa.
1 star just because I can't give 0.
Instead of helping to choose the most correct product, they are only the shop assistants .. they only think about making cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una fila di mezz'ora per attendere di entrare ed acquistare un medicinale che nemmeno era presente.Tutto questo perche' danno la priorita' a chi dall'altra parte deve fare tamponi.Trovo veramente Inefficiente il fatto che 3 commessi ai dedichino a questo mentre non ci sia nessuno per gli acquisti veloci.Ho riscontrato altresi' scarsa accoglienza,per non dire maleducazione visto che e' mancato persino il saluto.
I queued for half an hour to wait to enter and buy a medicine that was not even present. All this because they give priority to those on the other side who have to take swabs. I find it really inefficient that 3 shop assistants dedicate to this while there is no one for quick purchases. I also found a poor reception, not to mention rudeness since even the greeting was missing.

Very trained, kind and above all helpful staff (I have mobility difficulties and they came to me a couple of times for some services). Full marks deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai la mia farmacia di fiducia! Sempre disponibili e cortesi, c’è molta professionalità ma anche spazio per un sorriso cordiale. Estrema attenzione all’igiene e alle regole di sicurezza covid, in quanto vi è un ingresso differente per chi deve fare il tampone.
Now my trusted pharmacy! Always available and courteous, there is a lot of professionalism but also space for a friendly smile. Extreme attention to hygiene and covid safety rules, as there is a different entrance for those who have to swab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on holiday in July 2019 and fell and fractured by knee on the first morning and it was put in a cast. Over the course of my holiday I had to visit the pharmacy several times and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We hired a wheelchair for just €2 a day; they ordered in items specially which came the next day and the pharmacist was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Grazie
