Il museo copre la preistoria fino all'età del bronzo. Una sezione sull'età del ferro è in allestimento ma ancora sostanzialmente vuota. Ne sarebbero entusiasti!!!! Un museo lineare, elegantissimo, sobrio, parlano solo gli oggetti esposti! A livello estetico uno dei più bei musei!! Una lunga scala di marmo con tappeto rosso invita ad entrare nel passato più lontano dell' uomo e si snoda tra piccole salette dove riposa qualche antenato tra antiche armi offerte agli dei, pietre dipinte, olle cinerarie, spilloni ornamentali, antichi panini e primordiali biberon!! Da vedere assolutamente! Con le prossime aperture dei restanti piani diventerà uno dei musei più belli d' Italia!! A settembre apriranno la nuova ala dedicata all'età del ferro, che torneremo a vedere di sicuro! Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Aperta la sezione molto interessante della Preistoria e Protostoria del territorio veronese, in attesa di ampliamento dei reperti romani . Bel museo, moderno, accogliente, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Interessante anche il video iniziale in cui interagiscono immagini antiche e tecnologia moderna. i	isabella milanesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperto al pubblico il 18 Febbraio 2022 e visitato il giorno successivo. Per il momento è stato allestito il solo secondo piano. Sono esposti reperti preistorici provenienti per lo più dalla provincia di Verona correllati da pannelli esplicativi in italiano ed inglese. Sono riportate anche delle mappe che rappresentano dove è stato rinvenutociascun reperto esposto nelle teche. All'inizio un video introduce alla visione dei reperti che si vedranno esposti in ordine cronologico, in modo chiaro facilmente fruibile e con riuscito intento divulgativo. Davvero impressionante sono rimasta molto colpita dalla qualità e bellezza di quanto si può ammirare e che per epoche così arcaiche non mi aspettavo. Non vedo l'ora che come programmato lo spazio espositivo aumenti ancora nel corso degli anni. Il recupero dell'antico convento prima e caserma austriaca poi, è già una piacevole scopeta. Sito all'ultimo piano di questo enorme palazzo da poco restaurato, si trovano molti reperti che sono stati trovati in siti poco distanti da Verona. Si parte dal paleolitico all'età del rame. All'inizio si può assistere ad un bellissimo video girato in chiave moderna che introduce la mostra. A mio parere la visita è molto interessante ma troppo silenziosa....
