m	marco recchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che ho aspettato più di 15’ per sentirmi dire non abbiamo il farmaco, la cosa più scandalosa è che nonostante la lunga fila di attesa, una farmacista con tutta calma è uscita a salutare i bambini di una cliente, che sprovvista di ricetta, ha chiamato la dottoressa dei bambini per farsi dire il dosaggio del farmaco. Dopo circa dieci minuti la farmacista HA VENDUTO IL FARMACO ALLA CLIENTE SENZA RICETTA! Era un CLENIL farmaco per asma e affezioni polmonari ci voleva la ricetta!!!! La totale vergogna è arrivata quando il cliente successivo (extracomunitario) ha chiesto un farmaco per il figlio non gli è stato dato perché non aveva la ricetta!!!!! Spero vi faranno presto in controllo! VERGOGNATEVI!!!!! Adesso il personale è poco gentile molto sbrigativo e qualche volta scortese. Mi spiace molto avete perso una cliente. Passano altri 6/7 minuti di attesa sotto il sole. Ma organizzarsi meglio no? Basta che una vada cinque minuti prima delle altre. O è troppo? Un po' di rispetto x i clienti. Fornitissima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Una delle titolari è sicuramente un punto di riferimento come primo soccorso risolvendo tempestivamente ogni tipo di sintomo o altro senza mai invadere la professionalità di un dottore e consigliando il meglio da farsi. Fossero tutte le farmacie così... Molto rifornita e con possibilità di ordinare i prodotti mancanti. Vasto assortimento di prodotti omeopatici, prodotti per bambini e per celiaci. A corollario prodotti per la pelle e la cura generale della persona. Historic pharmacy run mainly by women. Tutte le volte che vado sembra che le farmaciste confessino i clienti, incuranti della gente che attende. Capisco consigliare ma tutte le volte ho sentito chiacchere inutili. Se non si hanno queste doti è meglio lasciar perdere. Entro alle 19.31 un minuto dopo chiusura. Vengo trattato malissimo chiedendo un farmaco veloce neanche una consulenza o altro. Sento borbottare "è tardi bisogna fare ancora gli ordini... alè". Allungo il bancomant e dopo 5sec il tesserino sanitario mi sento dire...ormai ho già battuto. COSE DELL'ALTRO MONDO. Si può capire tutto, l'ora la giornata ecc. ma da cliente mi aspetto anche scusandomi per l'ora, di essere trattato con educazione.
