Assolutamente consigliata Pharmacy in the historic center of Verona, very well stocked. If you are looking for something, they will find it for you! They always welcome you with a smile and with such kindness. Absolutely recommended

Peccato perché la farmacia è molto bella, ma se cercate anche un po’ di gentilezza o semplicemente di non essere trattati a pesci in faccia da un personale scontroso e inadeguato, per mia esperienza personale, andate altrove. Io ho girato i tacchi e acquisto altrove ( con tanto di supplemento di 7,50€ essendo la farmacia una di quelle in turno di notte) in un’altra farmacia della zona dove gentilezza e cordialità sono state di casa anche di notte, ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Non mi è mai capitata una cosa simile. Un consiglio: mettete personale più giovane, dinamico e cortese (sopratutto nelle ore notturne) se non volete perdere clientela visto che leggo altre recensioni di persone scontente per lo stesso identico motivo. Una volta può capitare, due no. I score 1 because I can't put ZERO. The rudeness reigns supreme. Too bad because the pharmacy is very beautiful, but if you are also looking for some kindness or simply not being treated to fish in the face by a surly and inadequate staff, from my personal experience, go elsewhere. I turned on my heels and bought elsewhere (with a supplement of € 7.50 being the pharmacy one of those in the night shift) in another pharmacy in the area where kindness and cordiality were at home even at night, that of I needed. Such a thing has never happened to me. A tip: put younger, dynamic and courteous staff (especially at night) if you don't want to lose customers as I read other reviews of unhappy people for the exact same reason. Once it can happen, two don't.

Farmacia che vive di rendita solo grazie alla posizione. Da evitare. Was after some pain relief for my sick daughter and even brought in a sample of her current medication to see if we could find a similar product only to be rudely told that they do not stock any such product for children. No other advice or suggestions were forthcoming and we were made to feel most unwelcome. On the positive side the the pharmacy is a brilliant location! Quite cruel really.
