★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto delle provette per un esame specifico e mi hanno rifilato delle provette standard che sono risultate inutilizzabili. Ho specificato più volte per quale esame fosse, ribadendo che in ospedale mi avevano detto di chiedere le provette specifiche. L'ignoranza spesso si accompagna all'arroganza di non mettersi in dubbio. Con la vecchia gestione non sarebbe mai successo.
I asked for test tubes for a specific exam and they trimmed me with standard tubes which were found to be unusable. I have specified several times which test it was for, reiterating that in the hospital they had told me to ask for specific tubes. Ignorance often goes hand in hand with the arrogance of not questioning oneself. With the old management this would never have happened.

In times of very high covid infection, two pharmacists inside with a mask under the nose and one completely without a mask. Other testimonies of acquaintances have confirmed to me that it was not a coincidence, but it is the practice in this pharmacy. Bad.
