Ciò che gestiscono direttamente (opere murarie, impianti, pavimenti e rivestimenti, rifiniture) è realizzato con la massima cura. Disponibili e sopratutto puntuali, offrono materiali di qualità e ricercati. Chi ha visto il mio appartamento non ha trovato nulla di quanto riempie tutti gli showroom della provincia (che espongono tutti la stessa merce). La cosa più importante è che quando sono capitati degli errori o delle incomprensioni sulla realizzazione del progetto, hanno riparato sempre senza battere ciglio. Il risultato finale riflette tutto questo, rendendo giustizia ai soldi spesi. Anche la parte burocratica è stata gestita con professionalità e senza intoppi. Tutt'oggi se ho bisogno di assistenza intervengono appena possibile e, spesso, "dimenticandosi" di mandarmi il conto. Sono una spanna sopra la media degli avventurieri di cui è pieno il mercato. Preciso che per porte e finestre, che all'epoca KB non gestiva direttamente, mi sono affidato ad un commerciante con cui sono stato in causa fino a un mese fa. Chiedete anche per questo un consiglio a Matteo Bonetti (il titolare). I never write reviews but this time I do it with real pleasure. KB oversaw the renovation of my apartment in 2015-16. What they manage directly (masonry, systems, floors and walls, finishes) is made with the utmost care. Available and above all punctual, they offer quality and refined materials. Anyone who has seen my apartment has not found anything that fills all the showrooms in the province (which all exhibit the same merchandise). The most important thing is that when errors or misunderstandings occurred on the realization of the project, they always repaired without batting an eye. The end result reflects all of this, doing justice to the money spent. Even the bureaucratic part was handled professionally and smoothly. Even today, if I need assistance, they intervene as soon as possible and, often, "forgetting" to send me the bill. They are a cut above the average of the adventurers the market is full of. I specify that for doors and windows, which KB did not manage directly at the time, I relied on a dealer with whom I was involved up to a month ago. Also ask Matteo Bonetti (the owner) for advice.

Hanno seguito tutte le fasi in maniera impeccabile, dalla progettazione, alla consulenza sugli accostamenti cromatici ed alla esecuzione di tutti i lavori consentendoci di personalizzare tutte le realizzazioni. Si avvalgono di un team di professionisti eccellente con i quali siamo riusciti ad avere costante dialogo in tutte le fasi del cantiere compreso il post consegna. KB has overseen the complete renovation of my new apartment delivered to me at the end of May. They followed all the phases in an impeccable way, from the design, to the advice on color combinations and to the execution of all the works, allowing us to customize all the creations. They employ a team of excellent professionals with whom we have managed to have constant dialogue in all phases of the construction site including post delivery.

Ditta seria e ben strutturata ma soprattutto PUNTUALE, che ti accompagna in tutte le fasi di lavorazione. Da una prima scelta dei materiali direttamente nel loro show-room, dove è possibile vedere e toccare con mano, fino alla gestione di tutta la parte burocratica. Si avvale di operai affidabili, gentili e sempre disponibili. Mi sono trovata benissimo dal primo giorno in cui sono entrata in negozio fino alla consegna del mio appartamento che è stato consegnato rispettando i termini contrattuali. Sicuramente la consiglierò a parenti ed amici! I chose KB to renovate my house, I couldn't have made a better choice! Serious and well-structured company but above all PUNCTUAL, which accompanies you in all stages of processing. From a first choice of materials directly in their showroom, where it is possible to see and touch, to the management of all the bureaucratic part. It employs reliable, kind and always available workers. I had a great time from the first day I entered the shop until the delivery of my apartment which was delivered in compliance with the contractual terms. I will definitely recommend it to relatives and friends!
