L	Lisa Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata alla bottega di centro città Verona accanto casa di giulietta e romeo, la commessa che ci lavorava dentro non gli interessava degli altri clienti era impegnata a parlare con una sua amica anche quando mi ero messa in fila con una mia amica (ed entrambe avevamo preso qualcosa) ci ha fatto aspettare tantissimo perché era troppa impegnata a parlare dopo anche quando era il mio turno c'era la sua amica accanto a lei che continuavano a parlare senza fermassi, neanche chiedermi se volevo il sacchetto o fin quando non l'avevo chiesto io , rispondendomi male come se fossi di troppo e che gli stavo rompendo le scatole ..... per darmi il resto ci stava mettendo verramente troppo e io avevo anche un altra impegno che ero già in ritardo. Semplicemente la commessa mi doveva dare un resto di 1 centesimo, e io avevo detto vabeh lascia stare e mene stavo andando via, ero quasi arrivata alla porta la commessa alzo il tono forte dicendomi il scontrino con una faccia incazzata come se gli dovessi qualcosa ... Il locale ha il riscaldamento a mille e dentro si muore di caldo,spesso si dà la precedenza a clienti forse privilegiate. Oggi addirittura non andava la cassa e non c'era connessione,quindi avrei dovuto aspettare chissà quanti minuti per avere uno scontrino. Il marchio è un brand conosciuto e apprezzato e non ci si aspetterebbe mai un servizio così problematico.
