Poi dopo ho saputo che non potevano inviarmi il preventivo (politica aziendale! ) come eravamo d'accordo ma dovevo passare io per prenderlo. Poi dopo gli ho telefonato per chiederlo via e-mail. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato. Niente chiamata... ho ritelefonato, questa volta hanno trovato la scusa di avere un problema tecnico e di non poter mandarlo e avrebbero inviato non appena risolto. Aspetto il preventivo da più di una settimana. Chissà quanto tempo ci mettono per produrre e montare le porte visto le tempistiche per un preventivo! Brutta esperienza... The person we spoke to during our appointment was very kind. He promised to send the quote within 2 days. Then later I learned that they couldn't send me the quote (company policy!) As we agreed but I had to go through to get it. Then later I phoned him to ask via e-mail. They told me they would call me. No call ... I called back, this time they found the excuse of having a technical problem and not being able to send it and they would send it as soon as it was resolved. I have been waiting for the quote for more than a week. Who knows how long it takes to produce and assemble the doors given the timing for a quote! Bad experience...

Ho la porta d'ingresso che fa entrate acqua da tutte le parti, il muro attorno nero dalla muffa. All'ultima richiesta di assistenza mi hanno addirittura detto "ma lei non è capace di mettere un giro di silicone intorno alla cornice della porta?".... Peccato, non posso assolutamente consigliarli! After-sales assistance does not exist! Days that I call, take time, don't call back! I have the front door that lets in water from all sides, the wall around black with mold. At the last request for assistance they even told me "but you are not able to put a round of silicone around the door frame?" .... Too bad, I absolutely cannot recommend them!

Belli i prodotti con anche soluzione anti condensa veramente molto interessante per chi vive nello stesso ambiente. Competent staff who know how to advise well. Quote arrived quickly. Dopo tre telefonate, dove una giovane donna mi assicurava che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare per fissare un appuntamento, ho rinunciato. Ho risolto grazie all'intervento di un altro artigiano, molto più sollecito. Customer for many years, I have had a problem with a sliding door. Quando dico che è per sistemare problematiche create da chi ha montato la porta, mi hanno interrotto e si sono rifiutati di ascoltare oltre. Loro non mettono mano su lavori fatti da altri. Zero disponibilità. I called to get a quote and possibly an inspection for an internal sliding door. When I say it is to fix problems created by whoever mounted the door, they interrupted me and refused to listen any further. They don't put their hands on work done by others. Zero availability.

Un complimento particolare anche ai ragazzi che si occupano dell' installazione, anche loro sempre educati e ben disposti verso il cliente e le sue esigenze, con una pignoleria maniacale nella cura dei dettagli e le regolazioni. Super consigliati!!! We purchased for the second time at Casa Capra carpentry all the shutters, mosquito nets, windows, interior doors and armored entrance doors, as always we have found kindness, availability and great professionalism, all followed by valuable advice during the choice phase both from technical and aesthetic point of view. A special compliment also to the guys who take care of the installation, they too are always polite and well disposed towards the customer and his needs, with an obsessive meticulousness in attention to detail and adjustments. Super recommended !!!
