Questa farmacia la consiglierei a tutti!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna. Con prenotazione, lasciano persone ad aspettare per più di un'ora. Disorgaizzati. Se non siete in grado di gestire le prenotazioni fatene di meno o assumete più personale. Da evitare.
A shame. With reservation, they leave people waiting for more than an hour. Disorganized. If you are unable to handle bookings, do less or hire more staff. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno in questo periodo frequento molte farmacie per il COVID-19. Sono ottime che ascoltano le esigenze del paziente. Da voi avvisando il personaledi entrare piano e di non salire troppo non ascolta e usa il bastoncino come fosse un palo dentro nel naso. Questo inconveniente mi dispiace. Il personale all'interno della farmacia è ottimo.

Dovevo fare un tampone rapido a mia madre, 88 anni, in altre farmacie si andava e c’era la coda libera non accettavano prenotazioni ,qui invece c’è un sito ben organizzato online dove fare la propria prenotazione, con diversi giorni e diversi orari uno ogni 3/4minuti . Arrivato là ho visto una numerosa fila, sono andato direttamente dal giovane dottore addetto alla registrazione E pensando che ci fosse una entrata agevolata per chi si è prenotato ma mi ha detto che l’orario della prenotazione non contava , essendoci sul sito una prenotazione ogni minuto mentre per il tampone ci voleva molto di più. ? , avrei dovuto fare prima la fila per il pagamento e successivamente l’altra fila per fare il tampone ! Faccio notare appunto che ho la prenotazione con un determinato orario e che sono venuto apposta lì perché mia madre ha una certa età, lui ammette che c’è qualche problema in queste modalità di prenotazione ma non può farci nulla . Mia madre già iniziava ad avere freddo, ho contato più di 20 persone ??♂️ motivo per il quale ho girato i tacchi e me ne sono andato… C’è poco da dire… VERGOGNATEVI ! Se siete incompetenti o non ve ne frega nulla di chi viene da voi allora chiudete il sito delle prenotazioni , almeno la gente non si illude che siate capaci di pianificarle e non perde tempo a venire fin lì.
NOT RECOMMENDED, NEVER AGAIN. . Arrived there I saw a large queue, I went directly to the young doctor in charge of registration And thinking that there was a reduced entrance for those who have booked but he told me that the booking time did not count, as there is a reservation every minute on the site while for the tampon it took a lot more. ?, I would have had to queue for payment first and then the other row to swab! I would like to point out that I have a reservation with a certain time and that I came there on purpose because my mother is of a certain age, he admits that there is some problem with these booking methods but he can't do anything about it. My mother was already starting to feel cold, I counted more than 20 people ??♂️ which is why I turned on my heels and left ... There is little to say ... SHAME YOU! If you are incompetent or do not give a damn about who comes to you then close the booking site, at least people are under no illusion that you are capable of planning them and do not waste time coming there.
