Facilità di parcheggio e vicinanza agli ambulatori non guastano. Consigliata. The staff, especially the young one, is really kind and prepared. Ho notato che spesso hanno prodotti di largo consumo (ad esempio tachipirina o alcune marche di fermenti lattici) a prezzi più bassi rispetto ad altre farmacie. Sono tutti molto gentili, preparati e veloci. Consigliatissima! Small but very well stocked pharmacy. Remarkable department of homeopathic and phytotherapeutic products. Ambiente accogliente anche se dagli spazi un po' ridotti per via delle restrizioni Covid-19. Personale disponibile. The location of this pharmacy is very practical and clearly visible. Mi avvisa anche dei costi quando sono alti di un prodotto da banco. Oggi il direttore mi ha sistemato molto bene le stampelle che non avevo neanche comprato da loro. Intanto un signore e' entrato dietro di me. Quando il tizio fuori ha finito il suo break e' entrato e il signore dietro di me gli ha salutato. Si vedeva che si conoscono. No problem. Il problema e' quando il farmacista ha portato il signore al banco, completamente ignorandome. Se siete amici potete anche aspettare un attimo. Io sono in fila, sto aspettando il mio turno con calma. Sono invisibile? Non sono degna del servizio che e' riservato solo agli amici? La prima e ultima volta che frequento questa farmacia. Il problema è il personale sempre molto irritabile se devono reperire un farmaco che per motivi tecnici la casa produttrice lo fa reperire con il conta gocce. Preferiscono indirizzarti ad altre farmacie. E con stupore che scopri che le altre non hanno mai avuto problemi. Excellent location. Exit the doctors' office and cross the street. After a visit to pediatrician - my son, 2 years old was ill - we had to get some medicine, some of them also homeopathic. I received an empty plastic tube - open and with no medicine in it and an open bottle with liquid!! As I do not speek Italian and the pharmacist couldn’t understand my English, there was no eagerness to solve the issue somehow. So please check your medicine - in case you somehow use their service.
