Quel giorno stavo accompagnando una persona ferita alla gamba bisognosa di un primo controllo e successiva medicazione sulla parte interessata. Dato che in questa zona della città non è presente un ospedale o un poliambulatorio in prossimità ho pensato, data la situazione d'emergenza, di dirigermi verso la frmacia, anche perché mi è sembrato naturale recarmici dato che, in caso qualcuno abbia bisogno di essere curato ad una ferita, certamente non andrà in pescheria. Per mia sfortuna l'accoglienza è stata sgradevole, il personale presente ci ha trattato con sufficienza e arroganza, dicendoci, con un tono seccato e infastidito, che non potevano aiutarci, rifiutandosi persino di controllare la persona ferita. (non in modo grave ovviamente, però comunque bisognosa di avere almeno un controllo e aiuto) Reputo che il comportamento del personale sia stato irrispettoso e soprattutto non degno della funzione che esso ricopre come punto di riferimento medico. Probabilmente se fossimo andati in pescheria avremmo ricevuto maggiore assistenza. Some time ago I went to the pharmacy following a personal emergency. Unfortunately for me the reception was unpleasant, the staff present treated us with disdain and arrogance, telling us, in an annoyed and annoyed tone, that they could not help us, even refusing to check the injured person. (obviously not in a serious way, but in any case in need of at least a check and help) I believe that the behavior of the staff was disrespectful and above all not worthy of the function that it fulfills as a medical reference point. We would probably have received more assistance if we had gone to the fish shop.
