★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’unica farmacia nella regione (abbiamo provato anche in Veneto ma con nessun successo) che era disposta a fare tamponi il 15 di Agosto (a 15€ tra l’altro). Una vergogna per l’Italia per quel che riguarda il livello di servizio offerto, un grandissimo pregio per questa farmacia che ha salvato vacanze e non solo a centinaia di persone. Grazie davvero.
 The only pharmacy in the region (we also tried in Veneto but with no success) that was willing to make tampons on August 15th (at € 15 among other things). A shame for Italy as regards the level of service offered, a great merit for this pharmacy that has saved holidays and not just hundreds of people. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tutti ma la maggior parte del personale è si una scortesia unica!!!! Indipendentemente per la ragione ( e comunque specifico nel mio caso non tampone) ma semplici medicine con o senza ricetta.
Not all but most of the staff is a unique rudeness !!!! Regardless of the reason (and in any case specific in my case not a tampon) but simple medicines with or without a prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì dalle 17 alle 18.30 fanno i tamponi rapidi, senza appuntamento. Già alle 16.40 si era formata la fila in tutta la.lunghezza della farmacia che fa angolo dell'edificio. 1 ora è mezzo in fila e alle 18.30 le persone cominciano ad uscire avvertendo che non si fanno più tamponi. Professionale sarebbe stato che il titolare venga fuori avvisi, prendendosi le sue responsabilità. Inoltre lentissimi nel fare entrare le persone. Almeno circa un numero di tamponi che si riescono a fare dovrebbero saperlo e magari dai un numero alle persone in fila. Siamo stati trattati come pecore. C erano persone sulla sedia a rotelle e donne in gravidanza. Spero che questo comportamento non sia stato fatto con pregiudizio ma solo per incompetenza e mala organizzazione.
Una vergogna.
Certo è che io come cliente non ci tornerò.
Friday from 5 to 6.30 pm they do swab swabs, without an appointment. Already at 4.40 pm a line had formed along the entire length of the pharmacy that forms the corner of the building. 1 hour and a half in line and at 18.30 people begin to go out warning that there are no more tampons. Professional would have been that the owner comes out notices, taking his responsibilities. Also very slow in letting people in. At least about a number of tampons that you can make should know and maybe give a number to the people in line. We were treated like sheep. There were wheelchair users and pregnant women. I hope that this behavior was not done with prejudice but only out of incompetence and bad organization.
A shame.
What is certain is that I as a customer will not go back.

1 ora di fila per tampone rapido entro e mi dicono alle 6:00 che per farmi 1 tampone devono chiudere alle 10.
Complimenti per il servizio penoso
Rude staff to say the least.
1 hour in a row for quick tampon by and they tell me at 6:00 that to make me 1 tampon they have to close at 10.
Kudos for the miserable service
