★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la gentilezza non è di casa. Mi sono recato in farmacia per fare i tamponi periodici (per 4 volte) e mai non ho avuto risposta al mio buongiorno ed arrivederci. Quando rispondere ad un saluto è (ancora) gratuito probabilmente in questa farmacia ha un costo (per esempio l'ultima volta,io unico cliente e 3 persone dietro al bancone)
Unfortunately, kindness is not at home. I went to the pharmacy to do periodic swabs (4 times) and I never had an answer to my good morning and goodbye. When answering a greeting is (still) free, it probably costs money in this pharmacy (for example the last time, I was the only customer and 3 people behind the counter)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre a dare un ottimo servizio, la Farmacia al Redentore è davvero uno spettacolo al suo interno, visto che presenta ancora tutti gli arredi originali dell'epoca. E' la mia farmacia di riferimento in centro città!
In addition to giving an excellent service, the Pharmacy al Redentore is truly a show inside, as it still has all the original furnishings of the time. It is my reference pharmacy in the city center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco disponibili e scorbutici. Ho fatto la prima volta un tampone presso questa farmacia e mi hanno fatto veramente male. Quando ho chiesto di essere più accorti nell'esecuzione la Signora si è offesa e ha chiamato il collega,pure lui irritato. Devo dire che alla Salus mi sono trovata sempre bene. Pure in Slovenia , dove ho fatto il tampone sono stati delicatissimi e gentili. Ho capito che siete stufi, però non è professionale sfogarsi sui clienti.
Shortly available and grumpy. I did the first time a swab from this pharmacy and made me really bad. When I asked to be more careful in carrying the Lady took offense and called his colleague, he too irritated. I must say that the Salus I found myself always good. Also in Slovenia, where I made buffer they were delicate and gentle. I realized that you are fed, but is not professional romp on customers.
