I went to do a swab only, so I didn't have to deal with the pharmacy, however the staff are nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo svariati tamponi, effettuati in orari molto diversi e in giorni sia lavorativi che festivi, posso dire che l'organizzazione è assolutamente perfetta. I tempi di attesa ridotti all'osso. Raramente ci sono voluti più di 20 minuti (compresa l'attesa del risultato). Complimenti.

Ho fatto presente il problema che ho avuto la volta scorsa (stessa persona) e questa volta è stato molto delicato. In fiducia lo prendo come uno sfortunato caso isolato e rimetto 5 stelle.

L'unico tampone doloroso fatto fin'ora. Fatto dall'uomo (la donna ha la mano leggerissima).
Sinceramente sono preoccupato per il prossimo appuntamento.
After several swabs, carried out at very different times and on both working days and holidays, I can say that the organization is absolutely perfect. The waiting times reduced to the bone. It rarely took more than 20 minutes (including waiting for the result). Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone: ho aspettato sotto la grandine, non hanno fatto entrare neppure il bambino. Inoltre non mandano il risultato via mail/SMS, quindi altro tempo di attesa per avere la tessera indietro (il risultato l'avrei scaricato da Sesamo).
Pad: I waited under the hail, they didn't even let the baby in. They also do not send the result via email / SMS, so another waiting time to get the card back (I would have downloaded the result from Sesamo).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato le mie figlie a fare un tampone rapido dopo un positivo nettissimo a casa. Ebbene. Appuntamento alle 17, siamo entrate alle 17.10, (se non piú tardi) in attesa dell'esito sono andata a prelevare (a 100 MT). Al ritorno eravamo già state chiamate . Alle 17.18 avevamo già il green pass da negativo. Ero tentata di tornare indietro e mostrare il positivo casalingo, ma ho preferito fare direttamente il molecolare. Fortuna che non mi sono fidata . Sono positive tutte e due. Troppo superficiali. Niente da dire per tutto il resto, cortesia, facilità di prenotazione, pulizia e servizio in generale.
I took my daughters for a quick swab after a very clear positive at home. Well. Appointment at 17, we entered at 17.10, (if not later) waiting for the outcome I went to withdraw (at 100 MT). On our return we had already been called. At 5.18pm we already had the negative green pass. I was tempted to go back and show the home positive, but I preferred to do the molecular directly. Luckily I have not trusted. Both are positive. Too superficial. Nothing to say for everything else, courtesy, ease of booking, cleanliness and service in general.
