Consegna del pacco al domicilio alle 18.10, nessuno presente, lasciano giustamente avviso di giacenza *con specifica che il pacco è ritirabile dalle 18.30 del giorno stesso*.
Nonostante gli orari di apertura indichino chiaramente che alle 18.30 il negozio chiude, mi reco comunque in Loco alle 18:45 dando fede a quanto scritto dal corriere stesso nell’avviso di giacenza.
Per fortuna il negozio sembra ancora “aperto” (serrande a metà e dentro ci sono 4 persone di cui uno al telefono e tre che si bevono una birra in tutta tranquillità).
Dalla vetrina cerco di attirare l’attenzione, ovviamente da questi 4 non vengo calcolato di striscio (ovvero, mi guardano in faccia e tornano a farsi i cavoli loro. TUTTI E QUATTRO).
Io non mi permetto di entrare, vista l’ora e la serranda semiabbassata.
Ad un certo punto appare una signorina che finalmente si avvicina alla porta, le mostro che dovrei ritirare la consegna, sbrigativamente mi dice che non si può, senza darmi spiegazioni ulteriori (che cerco di avere chiedendole perché sull’avviso avessero scritto che potevo venire a ritirarlo dalle 18:30) e di ritornare.
Non mi sono per niente sentito un loro cliente, ma un impiccio, un disturbo ed un elemento non gradito.

Although the opening hours clearly indicate that the shop closes at 6.30pm, I still go to the Loco at 6.45pm, trusting what was written by the courier himself in the stock notice.
Fortunately, the shop still seems "open" (shutters in the middle and inside there are 4 people, one on the phone and three drinking a beer in peace).
From the window I try to attract attention, obviously from these 4 I am not calculated at a glance (that is, they look me in the face and go back to their own cabbages. ALL FOUR).
I do not allow myself to enter, given the time and the semi-lowered shutter.
At a certain point a young lady appears who finally approaches the door, I show her that I should collect the delivery, hastily tells me that it is not possible, without giving me further explanations (which I try to have by asking her why on the notice they wrote that I could come to collect it from 18:30) and return.
I didn't feel like a customer of theirs at all, but a hindrance, a nuisance and an unwelcome element.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriva una raccomandata dall’amministratore che sa che il citofono funziona male da anni. L’addetto suona mentre il medico mi sta visitando a domicilio. Poi suona più volte e quando finalmente si sente qualcosa gli segnalo che sono in isolamento, ma lui non sale e dice piccato che sta aspettando da 5 minuti. Forse poteva fare due piani a piedi, ma continua a brontolare. Non so se ha lasciata l’avviso, ma di certo non potrò uscire di casa o mandare qualcuno a farsi 2 km quando la Posta Centrale è distante pochi metri e soprattutto i postini portano la posta a casa soprattutto se una persona, anzi tutta la famiglia sta male. Si può sindacare sulla consegna, ma è inaccettabile sentirsi brontolare quando una persona sta molto male.
A registered letter arrives from the administrator who knows that the intercom has been malfunctioning for years. The attendant rings while the doctor is visiting me at home. Then he rings several times and when you finally hear something I tell him that I'm in isolation, but he doesn't go up and says piqued that he's been waiting for 5 minutes. Maybe he could walk two floors, but he keeps grumbling. I do not know if he left the notice, but certainly I will not be able to leave the house or send someone for 2 km when the Central Post Office is a few meters away and above all the postmen bring the mail home especially if one person, indeed the whole family is sick. One can question the delivery, but it is unacceptable to be grumbled when a person is very sick.
