★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente schifoso questo modo di lavorare... Da marzo del 2020 non ricevo le bollette del gas, a parte, naturalmente le raccomandate che mi fanno apparire come un cliente moroso... Ci sarebbero gli estremi per richiedere un risarcimento per danni di immagine.
Vergogna!!!

Stavo rientrando a casa, ho aperto il portone e ho fatto entrare il corriere. Ho visto che inseriva le buste nelle cassette e ho pensato di non disturbarlo per ritirare a mano la mia...... Morale della favola.... Avviso che non ero in casa...... Mai visto un corriere fare così. Segnalerò il tutto ad acegas ( postano in giro le loro bollette)e agli uffici competenti dei consumatori. Vergognosi.
The worst ever.
I was returning home, I opened the door and let the courier in. I saw that he put the envelopes in the boxes and I thought not to disturb him to pick up mine by hand ...... Moral of the story .... Notice that I was not at home ...... Never saw a courier do so. I will report everything to acegas (they post their bills around) and to the relevant consumer offices. Shameful.
