β β β β β Servizio tamponi Sars-Cov 2 organizzato male, infermieri che arrivano in ritardo (dopo le h.8,30) con molta calma e postazione esterna ancora da preparare, se va bene iniziano alle 8.45. Il personale interno alla farmacia non Γ¨ di supporto e giustifica il ritardo degli operatori. Forse il signor Sindaco che ha voluto istituire questo servizio per i cittadini desenzanesi pensa che tutto funzioni senza vigilanza, ma non Γ¨ cosΓ¬. Vedremo con il passaggio alla sede del CC Le Vele se le cose migliorano.
Sars-Cov 2 tampon service badly organized, nurses who arrive late (after 8.30 am) very calmly and an external station still to be prepared, if all goes well they start at 8.45. The staff inside the pharmacy is not supportive and justifies the delay of the operators. Perhaps the Mayor who wanted to set up this service for the citizens of Desenzano thinks that everything works without supervision, but this is not the case. We will see with the move to the headquarters of CC Le Vele if things improve.

Ho voluto cambiare un prodotto per il quale
Mi è stata fatta una scenata da questa farmacista maleducatissima... (CHIEDENDO AD ALTA VOCE METTENDOMI IN IMBARAZZO URLANDO IL NOME DEL PRODOTTO.. RIVELANDO .. LE MIE PROBLEMATICHE PERSONALI... . MENTRE IO ERO MUNITA DI SCONTRINO.. (tra l'altro appena preso). Come si è potuta permettere .. di fare una cosa così.. a una cliente . Tra l'altro in modo teatrale.. SE IO HO LO SCONTRINO E E NN MI VA BENE E LA SCATOLA à INTATTA TU LO CAMBI.. SENZA FARE TUTTE QUESTE SCENE. E SOPRATTUTTO RIVELANDO LA NATURA DEI MIEI PROBLEMI AD ALTRI CLIENTI....( come farmacista che non sei. .. avresti dovuto mantenere la privacy. Spero che questa recensione la legga il tuo titolare e che si vergogni ad avere dipendenti come. Te.. che invece. Di svolgere le proprie mansioni adeguatamente.. . Sfoga rabbia sui clienti .((dato CHE LAVORA IN FARMACIA SI PRENDA DELLE GOCCIE CALMANTI PRIMA DI ENTRARE IN TURNO!...(COMPLIMENTI).

I wanted to change a product for which
I was made a scene by this rude pharmacist ... (ASKING IN A HIGH VOICE, GETTING AWESOME BY YELLING THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT .. REVEALING .. MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS .... WHILE I WAS EQUIPPED WITH A RECEIPT .. (between 'other just taken). How could she afford .. to do something like this .. to a client. Among other things, in a theatrical way .. IF I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND IT'S OK AND THE BOX IS INTACT YOU CHANGE .. WITHOUT MAKING ALL THESE SCENES. AND ESPECIALLY REVEALING THE NATURE OF MY PROBLEMS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ... be ashamed to have employees like. you ... rather than. to do their jobs properly ... take out anger on customers. ).
