Per 90 € hanno eseguito la formattazione pensando che il problema fosse legato ad un programma presente sul pc, ma non era così. dopo il ritiro il problema continuava a ripresentarsi, così insieme ad un mio parente (con piccole competenze d'elettronica) l'abbiamo smontato e abbiamo notato la plastica della cover interna leggermente colata effetto di un eccessivo surriscaldamento in un piccolo punto della batteria.
Ho risolto sostituendo la batteria (98 € ricambio originale Dell)
Ovviamente insoddisfatto dalla poca professionalità.
My girlfriend's pc crashed for no reason.
For € 90 they formatted thinking that the problem was related to a program on the PC, but it wasn't like that. after the withdrawal the problem kept recurring, so together with a relative of mine (with little electronics skills) we disassembled it and we noticed the plastic of the internal cover slightly cast effect of excessive overheating in a small point of the battery.
I solved it by replacing the battery (98 € original Dell replacement)
Obviously dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism.
