Ho prenotato sul loro sito dal telefonino, scegliendo giorno e ora, ho ricevuto un promemoria sia via sms sia e-mail, ho trovato personale sorridente, gentile e professionale, nessuna coda nessuna attesa, risposta in un quarto d'ora. Esempio di rara efficienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essere scrupolosi e ligi alle regole non giustifica l'assenza totale di buon senso, se un utente si presenta senza prenotazione perché ha un urgenza e gli si risponde, prenoti via online il tampone mi sembra esagerato, in fin dei conti basterebbe usare un poco l'intelligenza, cosa purtroppo rara e assolutamente assente presso la vostra struttura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'è motivo di far aspettare l'esito del tampone al freddo per un quarto d'ora. L'esito arriva tramite SMS e su sesamo. C'è gente che viene a farlo in pausa pranzo e deve ancora mangiare e tornare in ufficio. Poi non è nemmeno tra i più economici, anzi! Per i soldi uno può farne 2 senza prenotare. Nessuna considerazione del cliente.
There is no reason to wait a quarter of an hour for the results of the swab in the cold. The outcome comes via SMS and on sesame. There are people who come for lunch and still have to eat and go back to the office. Then it is not even among the cheapest, on the contrary! For the money one can do 2 without booking. No consideration of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacista non disponibile e scortese. App per prenotare i temponi non funziona ma non puoi farlo se non hai prenotato...neanche ad una bimba in una soleggiata domenica dopo aver speso 50 euro di medicinali. Ma vabbè queste sono le regole.
Pharmacist unavailable and rude. App to book the temponi does not work but you cannot do it if you have not booked ... not even to a child on a sunny Sunday after spending 50 euros on medicines. But oh well these are the rules.
